Not to many authentic Ecuadorian restaurants in the Los Angeles area . Born to Ecuadorian parents I’m extremely familiar to true Ecuadorian foods. As a frequent diner, I can honestly say that the food is extremely delicious . The dishes are made and taste as if one were in Ecuador. The dishes I normally order are the Lomo o Pollo Saltado, Tallarin Mixto , Chaulanfan De Camarones and Locro De Papa. So far I've enjoyed pretty much everything I've tried on their menu which is not something you see in your average Hispanic / pasta restaurants they offer unique flavor and for those who like to step out the box a bit this is definitely for you. . their drinks are well-to-do (no pun intended) and their service is impeccable exhibiting such class and caring out our requests throughout our experience.. • The food is absolutely delicious.• We went on Wednesday, 16oct2019 at a slow hour (only 3 couples there)• The service was lousy. At the beginning it was fairly quick but once I asked for the check we waited over ten minutes for it to come; then we waited and waited for the waitress to come and pick up the check. I finally had to get up and go look for the waitress in order to pay the bill. Easily some 30 minutes or more waiting for the check and to pay the bill. More...

Our waitress (Sofi) was simply amazing! She was welcoming and friendly, and she represented El Caserio beautifully. Thanks to her recommendations, my friends Javier, Tim and I ended up with delicious dinners. I had the ‘Llapingachos Con Fritada,’ and it was just perfection on a plate.
