I was blown away by the professionalism this house cleaning service showed. They have the customer service thing down. I think it was 5 minutes in between when I messaged them and when they responded. As far as price, they're right down the middle. I got quoted $175 per house by The Maids in Austin. WOW! Ok. Not for me, more power to you if you can afford that.I did an hourly house cleaning at $80/hour and they took about 2.5 hours total. 2 maids showed up and were very polite and professional. They got right to work, and I really felt like they made the most of the hourly cleaning. I was a little anxious that they would intentionally make the home cleaning take longer, but they worked diligently and without breaks.I've been recommending them to friends and family as well. They give you AND your friend $100 credited to your account if you refer someone. Definitely worth taking advantage of. I think it's less than that if they schedule a 1 time cleaning, but it's still around $50 I think. More...

Nice and professional teams. They have a local, grassroots feel that I like. It's hard to even get someone to pick up the phone with maid services, or so I discovered. So just getting on a call with a human put them higher on my radar. I also played around with the chatbox on their site and that was pretty great too. There are so many different ways to contact this cleaning service and they seem to have pretty quick response times on all of them.Haven't actually seen the house post-cleaning, but my wife says everything looks good and the maids did a fantastic job. Sent me some pictures and if I'm in Austin I'll definitely stick with Easyway Maid Service.Wish they'd open up in some other cities too! I'm in the process of moving out of Austin and I needed a house cleaning service or maid service to do a kind of move out / make ready cleaning for our landlords. Easyway maids was the first result for move out cleanings and they have good reviews so we went with them and do not regret it.The house was cleaned with much detail, down to the baseboards which were fairly dirty to begin with. They also did a great job with the blinds, ceiling fans, and windows. From hiring housekeeper in the past I know that these areas often get missed so I was happy to see that this did not happen.They accept cards online, with is convenient, and they kept us well informed about how everything would work with the hold and what time the card would be charged. Easyway Maid Service did a deep house cleaning for my 3 bed 2 bath home. They took my booking same day, which was nice because I was in a panic trying to find someone in time for my get-together. That's what I get for planning last minute!The cleaning service came with a very impressive looking vacuum, almost like it was used for commercial cleaning. They were able to use GREEN products, which is fantastic since I have kids. The extra charge was $20 for green cleaning products, and it was totally worth it since the place smelled great afterwards.The maids did a complete deep clean of my home, and they only left after doing a complete walk through with me to make sure that everything was up to my expectations. I don't know if this is something they always do, but it's really nice if you happen to be at home for the cleaning (which I like to do since I was letting a stranger into my home for the first time). I found these guys on Yelp and went with them due to the great reviews. I see there are only 14 so far, but it doesn't look like there have been any major complaints at all with this business. Pretty impressive. They did a great job with my home. Such a great job, in fact, that we're hiring them for home cleaning every 2 weeks, which they do at a 15% discount.One amazing thing I noticed was the incredibly short response times. Easyway Maid Service was by a significant chunk of time the fastest company that responded. When I called, the line was busy, but they returned my call 5 minutes later. I almost forgot to mention, too, that I sent them a message on their site well outside of business hours, and they still responded almost instantly. Went out to Austin for a wedding. Stayed at family's house and we thrashed it up while getting ready since we were all roommated in for a couple days before the event.

Professional and very well run. You can tell there's some serious effort going on behind the scenes, because the customer experience is very smooth. I found them looking for a move out cleaning for a 1500+ square foot house and booked for the day after I left.I got my full deposit back, which is a miracle given today's property management tactics. The crew did a walk-through with me after the cleaning, and there wasn't really anything for me to change. Even the little details like the baseboards were done very well.I'm sure it's been said before, but the online booking is great.
