I was visiting from Boston and was in West Covina for a business meeting. It's always tough to find a good healthy option when traveling so I was not only surprised to find a place with healthy options that was also affordable. I ordered the caveman bowl. It was the most flavorful dish I've had in a while. I highly recommend this dish. There food Is the greatest, I have been there twice, I can not resist there food. The second time I went there, I had there lunch of BBQ chicken,It was chopped up with small sweet potatoes, & coleslaw salad,It was so yummy.

Finally a spot in west co where I can get a healthy meal at a good price! Right by the 24 hour fitness on Azusa I go to so makes it super easy to get my post workout meal. Wrapping up the week and guess what Fridge is empty and need to get groceries.....driving home tired from work and hungry for dinner. ..what's this I see on my way home "Easy Fit Healthy Meals" ......healthy? In West Covina/LP? That's soo rare.So I called to inquire a bit about their food/service..the guy on the phone was real friendly and helpful. Thankfully they do have some goood sounding vegan options!  Sweet. I ordered 1 of each, teriyaki tofu and curry chickpeas. Went in to pick up my food. It's a cute little spot and convenient to get to...and lucky me...on my way to and from work!Brought the food home, sat down for dinner and my husband peeks at the food..."WOW! Where'd you get this Looks awesome!!"The first bite was amazing....second even better..you guys, this food was soooo good. Can't beat the variety and quality of the foods for the price. For an extra $35 dollars a week (On top of my grocery budget), I save time, the hassle of cooking & cleaning, and going to the grocery store. My buddy recommended I try Easyfit for my daily meals. I was weary at first to sign up for a meal prep service since I really enjoy cooking and haven't had any luck with other services. I decided to give it a go and was pleasantly surprised to find all my meals absolutely delicious! I had the chicken, salmon and meatballs and everything was seasoned well and not overcooked. The sides were also well served and I found myself finishing them all every time. I now use these meals as my lunch I take with me to work each day and I have not only been saving money but feel so much better after my lunch breaks. I LOVE this company, it changed my life and my whole family. I'm just a regular person who works too much, and does not have time to make dinner. A coworker recommended the meals and I'm pretty sure I could never cook this heathy for myself. It has changed our definition of good food, we can now taste the difference. On a more personal note, I have PCOS which makes life difficult as far as being fit and healthy goes. My blood pressure has been boarder line high for the past 5 years, 143/90. I am happy to report that I have been eating these meals Monday-Friday only for about 2 months and I now have good blood pressure! I'm down to 122/80, this is crazy low for me! This has been a blessing for me, it is wonderful to wake up everyday and feel good. Also me, my brother, and my husband have lost 10 pounds each. Please keep in mind we eat out on the weekends and do not exercise. My wife and I love this service so much!! We use to spend a good chunk of our weekend shopping and cooking for the entire week. Now we have our weekends back! The meals are delicious and their customer service is the best!!Our first order got messed up cause my wife and I each have our own order but there was a mix up and only my order got delivered. They literally live up to their name. The food is delicious and is healthy! Honestly, BEST meal prep service I've ever had. . I've tasted like two others and they are alright, but EasyFit is bomb! I love the choices they give and the quality of the food! I feel so good and energized after eating! My favorite is their sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, turkey meatballs, and their chicken! Started Gio's awesome meal prep on Monday and saw results as fast as two days dropping 5 pounds! Not saying it's miracle food just saying it's really delicious and healthy food. UPDATE: I'm changing this to 5-stars because their customer service is the best I've ever experienced. I didn't know that this was a weekly subscription so when I got the renewal charge, I wanted a refund. Usually, they don't give refunds but they kindly made an exception for me since I tried to cancel immediately. Even though the food didn't fit my taste buds, I believe it's partially because I've been eating bland meals for weeks beforehand. However, salmon and sweet potatoes are absolutely delicious. I recommended my friends to give this place a try. Thank you again for the amazing service!!! Delicious food, affordable prices! I used to "meal prep" twice a week (because I like fresh food) and that alone would take me almost 3 hours and cost me more than just ordering from easy fit. They deliver twice a week and I like that they switch up their flavors and it's actually really good! Gio and max are always very responsive and accommodate to any special requests I have, in regards to my food.
