Finding E-Studio and Bonnie Christopher as my super slow weight trainer has been a God send. As a former dancer, my body has had more than its share of wear and tear plus other issues. Several years ago I had a hip joint replacement and when I met a woman at a function who saw me with walking with a cane, she started telling me about E-Studio, where her life was miraculously turned around. I told her my bone density was going south, she told me her’s improved. I headed immediately to Bonnie and she has nurtured my training with complete care and concern for my particular issues. My bone density is now headed north, I am stronger, more tone than ever, my balance is improved and my stamina is as good as when I was a dancer. Amazing, as I will be a septuagenarian this year and I never thought aging could be so full of vitality and so much fun! What do you love most about your job?
We love helping people overcome their obstacles and fears around exercise by providing a safe environment, experienced guidance and accountability.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We wanted to create the perfect workout environment based on decades of client feedback. Everything from month to month membership, no initiation fees, cool temperate climate, clean upscale facility, limited people on the floor at once and every workout is finished with a chair massage.

Personal Training
30 minute slow movement high intensity strength training session, performed once a week under the supervision of a certified personal trainer. Time allowing, every workout is concluded with a 5 minute chair massage.
