The team at Dynamic Roofing exceeded my expectations, in every way, with our roofing project, and I have been spreading their name and contact info, like wildfire, amongst family, friends, co-workers and neighbors since having a new Cool Roof roof put on our home. They saved me thousands, yes thousands of dollars, and this Yelp review is just a small token to show my genuine appreciation.I initially met with Alfonso, the owner of Dynamic Roofing, for the initial estimate on our house. He was courteous, confident, and knowledgeable during our time and also informed me of other homes, by location, in my neighborhood where he had completed roofs in the past. Alfonso knew specific details about my roofing needs because he was familiar with the development and builders construction style, this was very helpful! Following our initial visit I was contacted by Irwin, who manages coordination and office affairs, he offered to drop by bring me the bid in person & show me color samples/options for our new roof, gutters, and downspouts. Dynamic Roofings owner,  Alfonso walked us through the process,  answered all our questions and totally estimated a fair price had a crew of workers each day from day 1)  tear off, day 2)repair,  day 3) shingles, gutters, and day 4) final check from owner Alfonso and city inspector. We had three estimates on a new roof and choose dynamic roofing and am so glad we did,Alfonso came out immediately and gave us an estimate and job was completed on time.  There was no lag time and it was done professionally. The past week has been frustrating contacting roofing contractors, unfortunately due to the rainy season everyone is booked out until mid January or February. I needed an estimate ASAP and I was able to have this done with dynamic roofing. I was shocked to find a contractor that was able to come out the same day for an estimate! I called around 9 am and Alfonso was at my home within an hour, talk about great customer service! Fast and efficient. He was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions and address my concerns. He gave me a competitive/honest estimate and I can say I am looking forward to working with this company. Alfonso and his crew are awesome!!!! Not only was his proposal the best price we got, the proposal was nicely and professionally written and so easy to understand. They had it all done in 3 days from removing 2 layers of shingles, fixing some dry rot spots, putting the new roof on, new gutters and inspection. They showed up in the middle of the night to cover the unfinished roof in plastic when it unexpectedly rained after a day of 90 degree heat and no clouds. After they were finished they cleaned up around my house and you would have never known they were even here. I highly recommend dynamic to anyone that needs a new roof, a fix or new gutters! More...

With El Nino coming this winter it was time to replace my old roof. Dynamic Roofing did a great job. Alfonso, the owner, and his team were efficient and professional. I had quite a bit of questions throughout the process and he always responded no matter how many times I called. Excellent service and the price was reasonable. I got two other bids before I chose Dynamic Roofing. The first one took weeks to finally get the bid. The second was too expensive. I saw a yard sign and decided to give Dynamic a call. Alphonso was up on my roof doing the bid within an hour. He gave me the bid on the spot, and it was $4,000 and $2000 less than the other two. Within six days of the first phone call the roof was complete. Great looking work and they left no mess. I live out of state (this was a rental property) so his great service and communication was really appreciated.  I highly recommend this company. More...

I had gotten a few estimates from others but none were able to help out financing . The estitmate Alfonso (owner) & Alex (project manager) gave me was very competitive with others & were willing to work with what i was able to spend. Both Alfonso & Alex both were  very helpful about getting my roof replaced. Their workers are very professional & respectful. They did a great job at cleaning up area after each day they worked.
