I used Dusty's cleaning services to deep clean my bathroom and kitchen. They hadn't been deep cleaned in a while and the girls did an amazing job! ! Was looking for a deep cleaning service on a rental I own and just moved out of. After 15 yrs it definitely needed some professional cleaning. Dustin emailed immediately back and had a date for me the very next day! Booking was easy. VERY responsive with emails and texts!! I had a great experience with Dustin and his team. We moved out of our condo in PB and needed to get it rent ready. I called Dustin and he was accommodating with my multiple date changes. His team arrived on time and got straight to work. I came to meet Pablo and Adeline to point out key areas that needed to be addressed. They were professional, friendly and attentive. I'm very happy with how clean everything is, especially the inside of our kitchen and laundry appliances. There was also a a sticky residue left behind on our laminate floor by one of our indoor plants and it always bothered me. Pablo took care of it and made it disappear! Tip : If you want hard to reach areas cleaned like ceiling fan blades, leave a step stool or ladder for the cleaning team.Thank you Dustin for such a great experience. We really appreciate it! Dusty's is great!  We had Dusty's clean our apartment in Little Italy regularly and do a move-out clean, and after I moved to Cortez Hill, I called Dusty's to have a crew come out and clean the new place.  The two-person crew recognized me and my dad from Little Italy, asked how he was doing, and did an incredible job.  They were also big cat people :)They made sure to ask about specific areas we wanted cleaned, and after I mentioned the cabinet doors, followed up to see if we wanted the inside of the cabinet's done too.  Everything was spotless when they finished - our beds were made to perfection, everything was squeaky clean, and they had even organized all the piles of paper we'd left around into neat stacks.  Dusty's is consistently professional and does quality cleaning services. I had a great experience with Dustin and his team. We moved out of our offices at work and needed to get them move out clean. I worked with Dustin to set it up and his team arrived on time and got straight to work. They were professional, friendly and attentive. I'm very happy with how clean everything is. There was also a fairly large sticky residue left behind on our kitchen floor from some slow leaking cleaner and the team took care of it and made it disappear which I was concerned about.The only challenge was when it came to cleaning the blinds, it was very time consuming for them, and probably for anyone, so I suggest doing this part yourself to save the money. I have used Dusty's Cleaning Services many times and I can't tell you how happy I am with the results. Although I am not a great house cleaner, I do have high standards if I am paying someone else to clean. Every time I've come home I am so happy with the results. I've been making use of Dusty's services for a couple of years now. Dustin is always a pleasure to schedule with (even when my schedule is erratic). The teams ALWAYS do a very thorough job, not just cleaning around things but actually moving furniture, etc. to really get in there for a deep clean. I used a different company for a move in cleaning at my new home and wished I would have used Dusty's instead, they definitely did a better job. He sent Sonia out, and she did an amazing job on it.  The apartment was a complete disaster, and when she left, it was spotless! I had the house cleaning service and carpet cleaning and shampooing service done with dusty.They were within their specified arrival time and did an amazing job. When I came home to see what his cleaners did, the whole apartment looked new! The counters and cabinets were spotless and shining, but what struck me most was how well the carpets were shampooed. After a year of living, there were black stains on the carpet and it had lost its beige color. After their shampoo service, my carpets looked brand new. I contacted Dustin of Dusty's Cleaning Services because I needed to get my house good and clean, and I felt that I only had so much of my own time and energy to get it done. I had called a few places, and Dustin was the first person who had actually picked up the phone, vs other places I had to leave messages and wait for a return call. Because he was the first person to pick up, I scheduled an appointment for his employees to come out and then proceeded to compare the cost and timeline to a few other companies. Dusty's was so similar to other places that I decided to keep the appointment, and boy I was glad I did! I had called on a Wednesday or Thursday afternoon, and he offered me an appointment within 72 hours, but I choose 5 days away just based on what worked best for my schedule.The morning of the appointment I called to confirm and ask the cleaners call on their way over to the house, so I could make sure to be there. Pablo and Adelin called ahead and arrived right in the window I was quoted. I was VERY impressed by their customer service, they asked me what they should focus on, and even tried to arrange their cleaning process to not get in my way as much as possible. The biggest things I cared about were the bathrooms, base boards, windowsills, and having a clean kitchen and they did exactly that! I had made a few additional requests as they cleaned and they were really flexible. They were really nice, did a good job, and I felt that they were really receptive to what was important to me. As it is a 2.5 hour minimum, when they hit 2.5 hours they asked if they should keep working on things or wrap up. And before they left they asked if I wanted to do a walk through of their work.They were great! I will definitely be calling them again!! More...

Dusty's Cleaning Services was awesome! We were moving out and wanted to make sure everything was perfect - didn't want to lose money from our deposit. During our last move we used a different cleaning service and were told by the landlord to come back and clean more since the last service missed a bunch of cleaning like the fans, baseboards, etc. After our last experience we were skeptical to hire any service, but Dusty's was great. The two ladies who cleaned the house were so friendly and didn't forget to clean anything including the fireplace. We haven't heard back about our deposit just yet, but the landlord sent us an email saying, "Thank you for taking such great care of the house and leaving it so clean". Outstanding business! Everything from calling to book an appointment to the cleaning itself was super easy and effortless on my part! When I called to book, the owner Dustin had taken my call and was super helpful. He explained everything very thoroughly and was extremely polite. We booked an hour window arrival time which I thought was reasonable, considering that the cable company I had come last week give me a 4 hour window. We recently took over a new office space that wasn't cleaned prior to our arrival. Looking for a company to do a deep office cleaning was more difficult than I imagined. Luckily, we found Dusty's cleaning! They replied very quickly and we were able to set up a time within a few days. Vivian arrived on time and was very professional. We scheduled for an after hours cleaning and after spending a few minutes doing a walk through, we knew that not only was it going to be great, but had no hesitation to leave our office in her hands. Our office space is about 2000 sq ft, and in an older downtown building. Vivian did an excellent job making it feel like we were the first tenants there. I'm just getting ready to move into a 1950s funky beach house and it was pretty dirty and I realized I wasn't going to have enough time to clean it how I wanted to before moving in. Sunday afternoon I filled out the contact us form on Dusty's website. I expected I would hear something back on Monday. Within 3 hours I received a response from Dustin affirming my requested cleaning date was available and pricing. From there we exchanged several emails where I was very promptly responded to and things were scheduled. I got a confirmation email the day before the cleaning and a phone call with the cleaners ETA about 20 minutes before. So far, I was very impressed with the communication, but it's ultimately about the cleaning job right? Pablo and Adalyn (sp?) were very courteous and professional and did a great job!
