Haven't been an IAP member for that long (though I've been a gym member for around 9 years), but I can tell this is an awesome program. Great trainers- knowledgeable, motivating, and attentive to members individual needs. Good facilities, PLUS you have the rest of World Gym right above. The total body conditioning and strengthening workouts are varied, challenging, and fun- I very much look forward to the classes. Cost seems comparable, or less, to what else is out there. Seems to be a good mix of students- all ages and skill levels. Im very pleased so far....only wish I didn't take so long to sign up. More...
