I was out of town and not familiar with GA at all so when I pulled up to the hotel at first because of the outside curtains I was not so sure my experience would be a good one! However, I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the hotel it was great! Nice atmosphere clean updated rooms a nice bar and a shuttle that ran everyday to take you anyplace within a 5 mile radius! I can't say enough about all the staff they made my stay so comfortable I didn't want to leave! From the front desk staff to the shuttle drivers everyone at that hotel was professional polite and really caring! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning on going to Chamblee GA. Attended second conference here and the staff was excellent. The bar opened a little early to accommodate a group of 15+ and they were extremely hospitable. Food was fresh and the Doubletree cookies are addictive. Concierge staff are extremely helpful. Parking is not covered and no light in or out of facility can make coming and going during rush hour a challenge. A great location for anyone looking for an easy on and off from the top end perimeter. More...

Nice place to stay just for passing through. Â We checked in pretty late cause we got into town late, so we didn't get to experience the bar area or anything like that, but it looks like a pretty nice bar. Â The room itself was pretty clean and cozy. The bathroom was clean, which I liked. Â The front desk lady was pretty nice when we checked in. Â Our room had a mini fridge, coffee maker, and safe box for us to use. Â The only complaints were that the toilet didn't flush very well. Â It flushed, but not well. Â It takes a few flushes to actually flush. Â Another complaint is the light switch. Â When you first walk into the room, it's all dark, and hard to find the lamp switch. Â You have to walk all the way in through the dark and try to find the switch to turn on the lamps. More...

It's nice hotel only that i didn't like is when they clean the room yesterday they didn't leave any towels not a one not even one to dry my hands on the left a hand written note saying get towels from the front desk for real that's what you tell your customers!?

Rooms are clean, modern and with contemporary furnishings. The hotel is located in a quiet area. The beds have pillowtop mattresses but for me are still a little too firm. I did eat at the onsite restaurant- food was good. There is a charge for breakfast. If in the area again I would probably stay again. More...

Today I went to a luncheon at this hotel. Everything was nice and the lobby decor was AMAZING! I didn't stay at the hotel, but I was in one of the ballrooms. Â Very nice atmosphere and the staff was excellent. I guess that would be the banquet staff!! Great job Doubletree. More...
