We got a puppy last December and have been using Brad and his staff ever since. Not only do they do walks, but they do overnight's which is very helpful if you have kids. This past weekend, we asked Brad if he could watch our puppy last minute and he did! They also offer training sessions which is very helpful, and playgroups where the puppies can interact with each other. They are always very responsive by text message and give great advice as well when it comes to training and taking care of your dog. They also have an easy to use portal system where you can book your walks, training, and even grooming pickup and drop off! More...

My husband and I have recently become “ empty nesters” and have relocated into Boston with our two canine daughters. Roxie and Evie, our two black labs, 10 years and 3 years have helped make this transition fun and less lonely. City life was a big transition for us, primarily just learning to walk on leash as opposed to being free off leash. We were nervous at the beginning but Dog r Us quickly put us at ease. We had a lengthy interview with Brad who assured us our girls would be in good hands. We have loved all of our walkers and more importantly the girls love them as well. We’ve been using Brad and Dogs r Us for well over a year and we are SO happy with them! We are definitely ‘those’ high maintenance dog parents but we always know our girl is in great hands! The whole team is reliable and punctual (especially helpful when our pup was still a baby!) and Brad is super responsive and accommodating, even with last minute changes. We used Dogs R Us and we were 100% satisfied with their care, responsiveness, communication and overall approach to providing “real” care for our dog. The owner Brad is very involved, visible to us at our apartment complex on several occasions and always checked in to see how his walkers were doing. I’ve used Dogs R Us for a year. I can not speak more highly of them. There “can do” customer service, always willing to go the extra mile to try to accommodate last minute requests and changes is fantastic. There dog walkers Jack, Amie and Kevin just to name a few, are reliable, responsible and truly engaged with the dogs. I saw first hand when bumping into my dog being walked, by Kevin. My dog was so happy and Kevin was so in tune with her nuances. Warmed my heart to see the bond between the two. Dogs R Us has been walking my little Hercules for a few weeks now, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service! They are professional and reliable, and they have shown so much love for my puppy that I feel totally guilt-free when I leave him with them.
