Katie has been grooming my dogs for a long time . She is so patient with a shy Sheltie. I can leave my dog without having to worry she is scared or worse getting treated bad . I would not go anywhere else !

Tammy is the best of the best! Anybody that knows me knows I'm an overprotective psycho about my Patrick and Penny. They look sooo cute when we pick them up, and we know they're treated like gold, because Penny gives her kisses and hugs before she leaves!! �� 5 stars!

Our dog is allergic to baths...or at least that is what she thinks! Our golden retriever has a lot of anxiety when it comes to grooming, but she LOVES Stephanie! The groomers are so patient with her and comfort her, so she knows she is in great hands. Plus she looks, smells, and feels fantastic after she is all done! Thank you ladies!! Keep up the great work! We love how Tammy makes the dogs look so we waited a whole 10 extra weeks till she was up and running! Yes they looked like a mess but it was worth it! The boys are adorable as ever :)

My dog is very anxious and curious, and can at times be a handful in places with multiple dogs and people. Every time he's at an appointment with Stephanie, I know he's in good hands and always comes out relaxed and looking great.

Rudy had a great experience with Stephanie today. He looks great and felt very relaxed and at home there, as evidenced by the fact that he was napping peacefully when I went to pick him up. He is normally high strung and has seizures, so I was worried. Stephanie said that he couldn't stop kissing her while she was grooming him. Rudy loved it there and that means so much to me. Tammy and her staff treat all fur babies as if they are their own. Tammy has groomed our Yorkie, Sugar for years and not only does she do a great job making her look pretty, she is invested in her health and well being too. Katie is the best!! My little doggie is very shy and does NOT like to get dropped off at the groomers ever, but she is always so patient with him and assured me he does very well after he’s dropped off. Love the small business and the fact that one groomer works on one dog at a time. Clean facility and not too loud because there’s very few dogs at any given time. I have scheduled appointments through Facebook messenger which has been very helpful. I know Harry is in good hands when he goes to Dog Refresh, and he always looks great after! More...
