The only newspaper left in Central Ohio, so please support their efforts, especially in the face of online news and internet reports. They have independent staff (not just wire reports or international news services) that really investigate the city, and a few of the writers are award-winning! The sports coverage of the Buckeyes is really excellent and the Metro section is definitely the crown jewel -- the national and international sections need some improvement, but they are competing against powerful competition against the internet. The historic building in downtown Columbus is also a gem, and the timeless sign brings back so many memories of traditional Columbus, its history, its mayors and culture over the years! I truly hope that even with the current corporate ownership, that this paper can maintain an active presence in our community -- keep up the great work! More...

Even though the downtown offices of The Columbus Dispatch have moved from the large building at 34 S. Third St. to a far-smaller location at 62 E. Broad St., the large illuminated "The Columbus Dispatch" sign on top of the building at 34 S. Third St. will remain in its current location. More...

Wonderful to see how the paper is printed and put together. Great to see how readers are keeping it going. More need to enjoy a relaxing time sitting on the sofa with a real paper that won't tire your eyes.

This was always a great Landmark for the capital city of Ohio The Columbus Dispatch has been around for so long that people actually still buy a newspaper instead of looking at their phone because they do draw interest
