I like that the cleaner washed my dishes, and she covered a lot of ground in my one-bedroom apartment m. I had to touch up the bathroom. Dirt behind toilet on floor, dirt on corners of tub, shower tiles not cleaned. Kitchen faucet area not cleaned. I recommend better cleaning products that would get the bathtub clean. What I loved about DLS Cleaning Services is that Dovie called me immediately after I put the query in. The reason for the 3 stars is that the man who was sent to clean, though very nice and conscientious, was slow and afraid of my dog. He also didn't take care of some basic things like changing the sheets on our bed or cleaning the inside of the microwave. I felt bad for him but also really frustrated because I had to keep my dog locked up or on a leash with me for a big portion of our day and things I was planning to do after he left were canceled because he took so long. This was my first time using any exterior home cleaning service. The team arrived on time and really did a great job, particularly with the powerwashing of my driveway and walkway. Dovie, the owner, is friendly and returns calls asap. Alexis and Boris, the team that was assigned, were great and answered my questions. As with any first time appointments, there are always little things that come up with the scope/depth of the work. However, Dovie was able to address these with the team and me as the customer. I would use them again!
