Jay has been a long time friend of mine. On August 17, 2019 he helped make our wedding the most fun and exciting evening we could have asked for. Jay spent endless hours preparing before the wedding and even went above and beyond to help when it began to ran on our outdoor event. I can’t possibly say enough about Jay and his kindness. Jay was our DJ for our wedding and I cannot rave enough about how amazing he was to work with!! Not only was he incredibly professional, but he was easy going and kept the dance floor hoppin' all night long!
Ive been to weddings where the DJ is awkward or can't read a crowd and it really effects the atmosphere. Jay has a GREAT personality, was a natural MC and ultimately played a huge part in making our wedding so memorable! We gave Jay full rein on the ceremony music and it was perfect!
We also rented the photo booth and it was a HUGE HIT! I am really not a fan of the photo booths you sit in with a curtain because only a couple people can get in the photo. Jay had a great setup with a printer and props! And we were able to text or email the photos to yourself! By far, the most functional and useful photo booth I have seen at any wedding.
Overall, we were very impressed with Jay. We had a blast at our wedding in large part because of Jay. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an event DJ.

I work with DJ Jay on a regular basis since he is a regular dj at Thorndale Oaks, an event venue in Oxford N.C. DJ Jay is always on time and prompt, good attitude, easy to work with, good when problems arise and has always been a crowd favorite. For weddings he is very organized and works well with the bride and groom. He has many things to choose from in his dj arsenal including karaoke, special lighting effects, and several fun dances to get the crowd going. It's hard to find a DJ that is very professional yet has that personality you need to get the crowd going and he does it! You will not be disappointed with DJ Jay! We love him! More...

DJ Jay was great! He drove out to meet with us in person before our wedding, and then traveled again to visit the venue before the wedding as well. We did not have a "party" wedding or a dance crowd, and he did great at deciding what to play next. More...

I cannot say enough great things about D.J. Jay! I contacted him in at panic at 12 am on the day of an event, and he not only was able to do my event, he responded to me in minutes. Â He was on-time and showed the most professionalism I have seen in a long time. Â He is able to analyze the crowd before and during the event to cater to their taste. Â That is not something that can be taught, this is an art-form. Â He also had a great variety of music, can sing and was able to make sure everyone had a great time by working the room.
