Flowers: 5/5Diva Flowers did an AMAZING job on my special surprise delivery. The arrangement was beyond gorgeous! The presentation was absolutely beautiful. The quality of the flowers and vase they used were above par. Even the surrounding flowers and the paper/box it came wrapped in was beautiful. Did I mention that my flowers lasted close to a month?!These flowers are not cheap but you definitely get what you pay for. I didn't pay for these as it was a gift but I can only assume it's pricey due to the quality and size. They were very willing to work with me and somehow got inside my head to bring to life my dream flowers. It is two weeks later and the flowers are still fresh! These guys always prove themselves with both artistry and quality. We told them we were having a "Victorian Tea Brunch" for a bridal shower and these are some pics of what they produced. Every table was unique. They made sure that the flavor of the theme was felt throughout the room with their additions. I want these people on my team for every event we plan. Diva Flowers is my go to place for a beautiful bouquet of flowers! The way the flowers are arranged and the way they are wrapped up makes it look beyond high-end. I always feel so good giving their flowers to anyone I care about because they really stand out, are fresh and tastefully put together. Maky did an awesome job helping us visualize what our wedding centerpieces would look like. I emailed her pictures of styles I googled and thought would look good and she ordered them a week prior to our consultation to put together a bouquet allowing us to fall in love with the centerpieces. I came here last minute for a dozen roses. I called around 5:15pm and a nice woman picked up and told me she would stay open and wait for me. I have been going to Diva for over 10 years and Maky is the reason I keep coming back! Diva Flowers did such a wonderful job on my wedding flowers. Before my wedding, I had trouble deciding which colors and style to go with, but she was able to come up with such beautiful pieces of work beyond what I could have imagined. She was very organized and professional, and all the processes went very smoothly that we didn't have to worry about anything. My husband and I had very vague, and sometimes conflicting requests.... She knew everything so well from her experience, and her expertise helped us make our decision that would go well with our wedding venue and dress colors. We agreed to go with modern and classy ambiance, but I still wanted a little bit of natural, garden touch to it (because it was afternoon wedding with outdoor ceremony). During our second meeting, she made sure we agree on everything with nothing left out. She was proactive and knew exactly what needed to be done. Working with Maky for my wedding flowers was the best decision I ever made!!! I explained to her my ideas and she just ran with it, with the end result being gorgeous unique flowers! ! Diva flowers did an exquisite job making my wedding look beautiful! They were very easy to work with from our first meeting to the wedding day. When you first go in, they create a mock centerpiece for you to look at and do everything they can to work within the confines of your budget while making sure you're getting what you're looking for. From then on out, it was smooth sailing. Maky and her team are fabulous and ensured everything the day of my wedding was perfect. Unlike other wedding vendors, they never made me feel secondary to other events they might have had the 14 months leading up to mine. They were always willing to take a call, see me in person or respond to an email. I was so, so happy using them and I highly recommend. Let me first say, I might be one of the most indecisive brides ever.  Im getting married at Jericho Terrace in June 2015.  All though I had ideas of what I wanted my overall wedding to look like, I wasn't really sold on anything .  I recently met with Macky at Diva Flowers and she was absolutely wonderful to work with.  She was so patient with me.  Whats great is that not only is she a florist, but she is a wedding planner and designer as well!  We threw out ideas back and forth.  She was great and helped me developed the overall theme and look of my wedding.She brought out a sample for me and I was at a loss for words.  The display was Gorgeous and was Exactly what I wanted, a look of modern elegance. Maky and team are terrific! I'm using them for my wedding and also recently used them for a less fortunate circumstance and each time Maky was very personal in taking care of the event. For my wedding flowers she spent over 2 hours talking me through the various options and listening  to how I saw my wedding flowers.  After all that personal care, she then created a mock arrangement.  I haven't heard of many florists that have done that for a perspective client and that really sealed the deal. Her arrangement was beautiful and just as I had envisioned. For my other event, we gave Maky pretty strict parameters that may have stifled some options, but Maky and her team at Diva truly delivered an exceptional display. We were all very impressed. Maki and her team are amazing, they did my daughter's baptism centerpieces and recently my sister in law's bridal shower centerpieces. I went to Diva today for maybe the 4th time.  In the future, I plan only to use them.  They are friendly, helpful, patient and I cannot believe the value.  The bouquet they made for me was simply put, beautiful.  At last I have found a florist that's not going to rip me off, like 1-800-flowers or those other on-line florists that promise the world, but never deliver.If you need beautiful, long lasting flowers, do yourself a favor and go here.  You won't be sorry! So many times in the past, florists have disappointed me. They promise a great arrangement, then you see it and get let down or embarrassed. That will not happen with Diva.I called and was greeted with a very friendly staff member who listened to my request for a special flower delivery for my daughter's sweet 16. She made a suggestion for baby pink roses which she described as breathtaking. I told her that they really needed to be spectacular, and while the owner/staff took my order and reviewed it, she reassured me that the delivery would be perfect. Not only was the delivery on time but she called to confirm our order, and wished my little girl a very Happy Sweet 16! The flowers are beautiful and fresh, a stunning shade of pink. The flowers arrived in a vase which was placed in a tissue and ribbon decorated box. The presentation was classy and festive. She loved them and felt so grown up to receive them. Ordering from Diva has exceeded my expectations, and I now know that I can send flowers with confidence that the recipient will receive a gift that I can be proud of sending. Thank you, Diva Flowers! Diva is amazing, and Maki even more so!  My wedding flowers were perfect. On time delivery.  very accommodating and was ok with nearly all of my last minute changes. Maki is really good at what she does and has great advice for colors and design. No need for the center piece game. My guests took them home without needing us to ask.  One note is that you should be somewhat flexible when you work with these guys (and probably any florist).  They want everything to look good because it's their rep and yours are on the line so if a specific flower comes in not looking as good/fresh as they should...they will recommend that you change it (even if it's part of your "vision"). Although my flowers for the wedding were AMAZING!!!! I was not pleased with the service I recieved from the shop owner of Diva Florist! The shop designer was wonderful in creating my vision and working within my budget! However months down the road when the owner finally took the time to review my final bill for payment she " didn't recall" some of the "discounts" given and tried to back charge me for items that we had in contract for almost 8months!!!!!
