I have been a client of Diana's for about 5+ years. I have been able to see her at work first hand, and have always loved the way that she presents her knowledge of lashes, make up and skin care. I initially came to her for eyelash extensions and make up for a gala I was attending. Through the years, I have watch her skills flourish into even more. The services she provides are always growing. Diana keeps informed on the new up coming procedures, technology and techniques through her specified trainings and certifications. She has developed her own products which include serum, creams, cosmetics, toners, face masks, facial moisturizers, facial sunscreens and perfumes. Many of which are apart of my daily regime.Diana is very meticulous in the services she provides and really goes all out to do an excellent job. Diana did my makeup for my New Year's Eve wedding. She also did my mom's makeup. Everyone was blown away by both our looks! I felt so glamorous yet still myself. And Diana is just so sweet, so spending an hour in her chair is fun! My makeup lasted till I took it off at 2am and never ran despite dancing all night, and never had to be touched up other than my lips. I had the pleasure of working with Diana for my wedding this July. Diana was incredibly professional, while also having fun with us and ensuring our makeup looked flawless. Her assistant was also extremely talented and all my bridesmaids loved their makeup! We even had three additional ladies jump on the bandwagon once they saw our finished product! Not only was the makeup beautiful, but Diana's ability to pay attention to those most important didn't go unnoticed. My mom, who had never had her makeup done before, was a bit unsure about her look and didn't want to be a nusiance. Diana treated my mom with priority no matter what her request, just to ensure she loved her makeup, which was priceless to me. Diana is great with customer service. She is very accommodating to clients. I found her on groupon and I was a little cautious because I've had bad experiences with salons before on groupon not having appointments or not being responsive. However Diana got back to me right away and found a time that was convenient for me. She always responded to emails and questions as well.I was nervous at first because I have never done eyelash extensions and I have very sensitive skin. I tend to break out in hives and I am prone to eye infections from my contacts. Diana put me at ease and even offered to be available the next day before I left for my trip in case I had a bad reaction or something. I got my extensions and didn't have any problems at all. Diana has consistently done a beautiful job on my eyelash extensions- they turn out looking great and with incredible precision. I was nervous at first, because I had never tried extensions before, but Diana's kind nature quickly put me at ease. The environment is fun and colorful, but also very tranquil. She often puts on soothing music and I usually fall asleep while the extensions are being put on. . My makeup routine takes only about five minutes in the morning with the extensions, because I don't have to worry about eye makeup- meaning more time to sleep in :). The extensions last for several weeks, and in my case, sometimes have lasted for months! I have gotten lots of compliments, most people think I was just blessed with long lashes.Eyelash extensions are expensive, but Diana is very reasonably priced. Most other places take about two and a half hours, Diana takes less than half of that time and they turn out perfect. She is also very sweet, and has great energy. Diana did exactly what I asked her to do; she created profoundly (by the specific and detailed contour of my eye shape) natural-looking lashes that left a favorable impression upon the viewer at a close distance. When I saw what she did, I realized that it was not at all what I had envisioned, or wanted! The onus was on me because she did, as I said, EXACTLY what I asked for.I realized that what I truly desired was an expressive eye that was dynamic at the apex, not the middle of the lash, as I had initially expressed to her. I told her that it wasn't what I envisioned, despite what I told her. And I asked if she could make some adjustments. She said she would and she did and she didn't charge me extra. (While she was hard at work, I understood that a picture would have been infinitely more helpful to her than my misguided words.) The whole entire experience was ethereal. Diana is the best! She made me look absolutely amazing for my engagement photos, boudoir photos, and for my wedding. Most of my bridesmaids had their makeup applied too, so we all looked ridiculously beautiful! ! She was always punctual, professional, and so much fun to hang out with. I don't think there are enough complimentary words to describe her. First, her airbrush foundation covers up every flaw (big or small). Then, her eye makeup skills are fabulous. Lashes were great!!
