Amazing weight loss help! I was in a rut, struggling to lose about 30 lbs. for several years. I tried lots of things-Atkins, Nutri-system, to no avail. Alex and Avril helped me finally turn the corner. They gave me fairly simple to use information on workouts and dieting and tremendous guidance and help along the way. I really appreciate the fact that they were both overweight most of their lives and had managed to lose weight and keep it off.
