Freaking amazing!!!! Went here for the first time the other day and we are hooked! Had the Big Mack burger and chili dog combo so good! Also tried the buffalo fries, loved that! So I have been waiting for this place to open and the only thing I can say I thought I was sitting at the corner of Grand Circus Park in downtown Detroit. The coney dog and fries were awesome. Needed to grab a quick bite to eat before heading to Talking Stick to see the Suns.  Food was tasty, had the Chicken Philly pita sandwich and my Son had the steak.   Food was piping hot so took a few minutes to cool off prior to eating.  Took off one star for cleanliness, table could have been wiped down a little more frequently.    I would go again for the food, lots of choices, all made fresh after ordering. I gave this review 5 stars for a couple reasons. First and foremost i had a quad burger with the works and the fact that the meat is ground fresh everyday makes the absolute difference. So fresh perfectly seasoned and hit the spot better then most burgers can. The fries are fresh cut also amazing. Not often can a place have me too full and yet i couldnt stop eating. To top it the staff was fast clean and efficient and the owner was present overseeing and taking orders himself. You can tell he brought home with him to this place. Anyone who doesnt enjoy this place must have a different concept of what a fresh filling, affordable and speedy experience. Stopped in for a quick lunch and was pleasantly surprised at the warm welcome I immediately received upon arrival. Even during the hustle and bustle of the lunch rush, they take the time to say hello and goodbye to EVERY customer walking in ( and out) if the door! Great burgers and rings.  The Coney is pretty awesome as well. I drove up from Florence to try this place and it was well worth the trip.  The food takes a bit of time to come out which is fine as it is cooked to order, and the place isn't huge so during the week down by the campus it's got to be pretty crazy.  On a Sunday if I am in the neighborhood I will make sure to stop in though. We tried this place today based off reviews I read here and on fb. Im always looking for new ketoFriendly places to add to my list. This place was keto friendly to an extent. First the pros:Food was fresh, easily could order without bun, had great topping options. Flavors were great! Avocado and bacon were decent. Cons: burgers are only 2 oz - ordered 8 patties and probably the equivalent of 2 regular size patties. Toppings were sparse, i got one  lettuce leaf, one small slice of tomato, I asked for extra pickles and received 4 small chips. I paid $14 which I find to be heavily overpriced for the actual amount of food I got. If the patties were a lot thicker, then I would understand. I can get 8 patties with the fixings at in n out for under $10. This was a great place to experience but too pricey. I think if I ate fries and bun, it would be worth it. This place is so simple and unassuming it would be a mistake to launch into some superlative laden supercalifragilisticexpialidocious ad campaign about it because everyone would think my review is nothing more than a commercial paid for by the owner's mother. And aren't there already too many fake so-called restaurant reviews around already?So let's avoid the hype.  This place isn't fancy, it's in a strip mall, the people who work here are just regular folks and the food is good but let's be real, it's not the best on Planet Earth.  It's not Michelin 5-star fantabulous, just normal, but I like it and I would come back again. I ordered the closest thing on their menu to a basic cheeseburger and fries.  The price was just what I would consider fair, not quite as cheap as McD's but nowhere near the outrageous prices all these new pretentious chain fast food places are charging.  My double cheeseburger (the smallest they sell) with a regular fountain drink (the only size they sell) and a regular fries (ditto the only size available) ended up just over $8 bucks with tax.  That's a buck or two more than the equivalent meal at the franchise burger chains, about the same price as In 'n Out and about half what 5 Guys, Smashburger or similar overhyped places charge.  The sandwich guy made it the way I requested (lettuce, onion, pickle, mayo, mustard).  They didn't try to drown crappy meat in an over abundance of weird toppings so the net result was that I could actually taste the beef.  It was simple but good.  The fries, which they fresh cut all day, were simple and good.  The fountain drink was reasonable priced and the available options were simple and normal.The decor is simple, the seating is simple, the place is kept clean, it's not filled with 1000 screaming kids bouncing in an ocean of fluorescent blue plastic balls. They don't try to shame you into automatically adding a tip with their credit card reader.  No one has fake smiles but then again no one looks grouchy either.I'm glad my experience was simple because wading through the owner's website isn't. It's obvious his goal is to franchise and expand.  Phoenix is a hotbed for such startups, and some have been pretty successful at it.  I'm glad I caught them when I could still consider them a non-chain. I wish him well but honestly I'm not exactly sure what his magic ingredient is going to be that differentiates him from all the rest.  This restaurant seems too simple to be very memorable. More...

Great dogs and now that I got out of the rut of eating the same two coney special for months and finally opted for the big D burger, it reminds me of the maid-rights my grandma used to make.  Luckily my wife only eats one of her dogs so I get both a coney and burger when we go.Great food at a great price and with awesome service, the folks in there are friendly and take pride in the delicious food they serve.  My only regret is there isn't one in South Chandler, but this one is still worth the drive when I'm craving a coney and a messy yet tasty burger.   I can't not mention the fries, they do them up right, reminds me of the fries served in a paper cone when I was in the Netherlands, awesome. Came in for a later lunch and got the Detroit coney dog, which came with chili, mustard and onions. The hot dog was delicious and the fries were so crunchy and perfectly fried. The dinning area was a bit full between those dining in and those waiting for to go orders but the staff are quick and before I knew most people had left. I've only been here around 4-6 times but every time I do visit I get a friendly smile and get asked how my meal was.
