THE BEST!!! I've used Destination MCO a couple of times now and our overall experience has been EXCELLENT from start to finish. The reservation process is very smooth and hassle free, the vehicles are impeccable and have great amenities, and the drivers are always courteous, punctual, and professional. I recently had a business trip to attend in Orlando. Destination MCO was fantastic!!! They picked up our group of 5 in a new sprinter van and met us right at baggage claim. Our driver walked us to the van – we were hit with the Florida heat and we were all still wearing our sweaters after coming from Boston! Our driver came to our rescue with cold waters for everyone, and these delightful individually wrapped lemon-scented towels! Nice touch!!!!! My Family and I visited Orlando for Cheer Nationals and Used Destination MCO as our Preferred Transportation. They Picked us up from the Airport, Shuttled all of the Parents to ESPN--World Wide Of Sports (The Venue) and Took Us to the Airport a couple of days later. Not Only did they keep in contact the week prior and the week of, they were On Time, Had Amazing Drivers, The Vehicles were Clean and Stocked with Beverages, The amenities in the Vehicles worked, They even went as far as to customize the exterior of the car for my girls (window writing) I have been in many Limos, Buses, and used many different Car Services and These guys are at the top of the list--2nd to None. Our family (3 parties totaling 10 people) decided to travel together to Port Canaveral for a cruise. Destination MCO provided comfortable vans with talented drivers for our trip. We couldn't have asked for more! Adding to the guest experience is the communication prior to the trip, both day before and day of notifying our party of the time and place of scheduled pickup. They are excellent. Ahmed was our driver and he was polite, on time and very professional. One of the trams was out of service so it took us long to get to baggage claim.
