Design Alibi

I've been a photographer for 15 years and never have I experienced such incredible professionalism, talent, and confidence that a company can perform like this one. The owners deeply care about their craft but especially their clients and vendors. Their communication is top-notch and their turnaround time is ridiculously fast. Our property was dated in every way and the models were never actually models but more furniture rentals pieces thrown in an apartment and called a model.

That's where the story began but the ending was amazing! Not only did they take the time to actually get to know our property and our resident demographic, they incorporated them into their presentation as actual profiles for the models. We had a single occupant to roommates, chic to bohemian, polished and sophisticated to eclectic, which is totally the range of our residents.

The process was streamlined and communication was unmatched. I knew exactly what the phases were and what the process would look like and there were no surprises. When the couch we just had to have was on back order they provided a substitute at their cost and delivered the requested one as promised when it was available. There were no surprise expenses or add-ons. What we agreed to is exactly what we paid for the design, furniture and installation. The quality of the furniture, the professionalism during the install (delivery and disposal of boxes, etc.), unmatched.

This was so much better than I could ever have imagined. I hope to use them at my new property too. More...
