Having planned the site framework and style will also play an important role and creating a great website.
Other areas of a great website design though not seen on the front end of a website is how the website infrastructure and coding are set up for a good audience experience is of very importance. Consistent content management not only makes for an engaging website but also acts as a great marketing tool directly from the website itself.

The first question I will ask my client's when consulting on a website design and hosting is What do your business or yourself do?
What is it you want your website to do for you or your business?
Do you currently have a website published online? This question is very important and will lead to subsequent questions to be asked on this topic.
What makes you or your business unique?
Who is your competition?

Who are your customers base and the issues you resolve for them?
What functions do you want your website to have?
Do you have a style in mind and do you have any content at current (e.g. Logos, brochures, posters, web banners, and content.
