I help adults who are seeking to improve the quality of their life and who want insight, awareness, coping strategies and support in the process. I work with individuals one-on-one and with couples and I offer a weekly women's therapy group.
Because I know from my own experience the value of meditation and mindfulness, I lead a donation-only weekly meditation group.
Some of the common challenges facing clients are "feeling stuck", repetitive conflicts in relationships (personal and professional), anxiety, feeling "constant pressure" and "just wanting to be happier, feel more peace." I have extensive training in Gestalt therapy and have been practicing mindfulness and meditation for 17 years.
