What do you love most about your job?
Real Estate and the Mortgage application can be a very stressful process. My desire is to make this process as comfortable, stress free and simple as possible. Forseeing problems and managing expectations upfront creates happy clients and enables a smooth closing.

The freedom and independence which comes with having your own business is a huge inspiration.

I don't sell anything.
What I do is present all the positive and negative features on every property and or mortgage I offer. Explaining in detail what those attributes entail. Allowing the clients to better understand the whole process to their ultimate decision.
Buying a home is a long term decision and it should be presented as such.
