What’s your signature dish?
Brisket is one of my signature dishes, we serve it with homemade coleslaw, potato salad or baked beans.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
By talking to the client, to see what kind of an event they are have and what best suits the needs of that event.
What do you love most about your job?
I love to cook and I see the looks on people's faces when they are enjoying our food.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The love of cooking and wanting to be my own boss.
