I have been with David twice a week for over ten years. I thought that I was in good shape being a runner and a marathoner but I did not have the overall strength particularly in my upper body. I continue to be strong, and stay with David, because he is current, he is knowledgeable regarding his field, and the program is modified to focus on areas that need work. Training with David and Sharon has been a phenomenal experience. I am impressed with how much stronger I felt after just a few weeks. The 45 minute training sessions are uplifting and exciting. As a result of my regular workouts, three days a week, I have more energy to tackle my day and be present for other parts of my life. David and Sharon both have knowledge of physical anatomy, opposing muscle groups and the human body- they continue to come up with new work outs each time. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We schedule fitness appointments so the client feels more obligated to make their workout and not skip it. This leads to consistency and ,as a result, the client hits there goal. We also make the training fun and adaptable thereby empowering the client to reach their goal.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Constant strength and conditioning training 3 or more times a week. This coupled with a sensible eating plan that removes most refined sugars and excess carbohydrates. Also, getting enough water is a big nutritional help.
What do you love most about your job?
I Love most about training is to see the results our clients get. When they double or triple there strength all the while losing weight. To see my clients that happy truly makes me feel fulfilled with my career
What inspired you to start your own business?
I noticed that gyms were only interested in selling memberships not getting results for the members. I wanted to change that and take an "old School" approach by letting the clients know that we were in this together.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should choose our studio over others because we are not a big company only interested in numbers and signing up people and not interested in having them full fill their goals. I put the personal back in personal training
