I called this company one evening when a bunch of bugs that I’ve never seen before came out in my basement.. I was able to send Dave a picture and he right away confirmed it was termites! Eddie came the following morning and did a full estimate for us. He was out here today and took care of the termite and mice problem.. Eddie was so nice and super helpful! David + Eddie are the best! I called David up at 11pm at night with a mice problem and he was so patient and helpful over the phone. Next day, he scheduled Eddie to come out to inspect and treat. They made me feel so much more at ease with the pest problems knowing they are well equipped to treat it. These guys really know what they’re doing and are so helpful and knowledgeable! Great experience. I don’t do reviews, but I really liked these guys. The professionalism and integrity often missing from small businesses today. Dave the owner gave a quote ultimately honored it. So early in morning heard a noise in the chimney and it turned out an animal got stuck in vent between boiler and chimney. Called silver bullet because I didn’t know what it was in there and didn’t want to just pop it off and have an animal running around.Dave called to give me update on Technicial and was nice and professional. Eddy came inspected and when he was ready apprehend the animal after 15-20 minutes sounded like it went up and out of chimney. No charge wouldn’t even let me buy him dinner. 2 mins after he left it was back and I called Dave and Eddy came right back. Worked on it and determined it was a bird. He tried to catch it but bird would not come out and 45 min later I gave the ok to remove traps and vent and he got it out and it flew out of house through the back door.Very nice and thorough. Had them out twice last year. Very professional. They really stopped those squirrels from getting into our attic. They put up a small discreet metal mesh barrier with deterrents inside that you don't notice unless you're looking for it. They took photos of the damage and the repairs. I'm impressed.They came out a second time when we thought we had rats. After they set bait we all watched as a very aggressive and fat chipmunk poked it's head out of the hole. David called ahead of time to confirm appt, then gave me a courtesy call that he will be 20 min late cause he is stuck in traffic. He completed indoor and outdoor treatment in about an hour. His prices are way better than national chain brands. Treated my basement, first, second floor and attic meticulously. Very knowledgeable and genuinely nice.
