Dave Fisher's Powerhouse Gym Torrance offers some of the best HIIT classes I've ever attended. They always change up the routine so no two classes are the same, and for every single class you get to do a good blend of legs, arms, abs, and cardio. It's a great gym but they've been getting too crazy in the last year or so with adding so many useless machines. I loved it here a few years ago when it was mostly free weights and there was room to walk around the gym without getting in someone's way or feeling like I'm walking through a maze just to get across the gym or to another piece of equipment.

Best gym ever. Anywhere. Here is a rare rare gem. If you are serious about exercise, no matter your age, gender or condition this is the place. Excellent trainers are everywhere and very helpful. The staff are phenomenal....super kind, friendly and hard working. They are constantly cleaning, doing maintenance and tidying. I have never seen a business with such a high work ethic. This is not a plastic place for plastic people....it's real, honest and friendly. There's a wide array of cardio equipment in addition to everything else.
