Having had the pleasure of training with Daniela in BVI, I can not recommend her highly enough! She is an absolutely fantastic trainer, a consummate professional who is completely dedicated to her profession.

A unique aspect of Daniela's approach, is that each session is 100% tailored to your personal needs and goals. Daniela is methodical in ensuring sessions are progressive and goal orientated and that no 2 sessions are ever the same, thus ensuring that you never become bored or plateau. Sessions with Daniela are always varied and tough, whilst also being strangely enjoyable.

Daniela is extremely encouraging thus ensuring you get the most from every session, whilst also being an absolute pleasure to be around.

A well deserved 5 star recommendation.

I trained with Daniela when she was residing in the British Virgin Islands. Because I do not like exercise (particularly aerobic exercise) but I struggle with maintaining a healthy weight, I have had various personal trainers over the last ten years whilst living in Trinidad, Ottawa, Hong Kong, Singapore and of course, the BVI. Hands down Daniela was my best trainer. Not only is she extremely attentive but I can’t recall ever repeating a particular arrangement of exercises. Her routines are fun (yes I hate to admit it but I enjoyed them), a good balance of cardio and weight training and she often incorporated the use of different tools to keep workouts interesting. As a cancer “survivor” I take health very seriously and would recommend anyone looking to lose weight, get fit, stay fit, get in shape and get healthier to try Daniela. You won’t regret it. Daniela is an amazing trainer! I've trained with her for a year during which I've achieved an amazing level of fitness and wellness. Daniela is very encouraging and has a vast knowledge of her profession. What I liked the most was that every session was different. Daniela was always customising each session to my needs making it exciting with such level of work-out that made me feel challenged afterwards. Daniela capitalised on a mix of cardio equipment - a rowing machine, bike, treadmill, jump rope and more. She used a wide variety of kettle weights, dumbbells and bar weights and she mixed in functional exercises such as burpees, mountain climbers, pull-ups, skaters and box jumps to keep things interesting. Importantly, Daniela was always ensuring that that my technique was correct to avoid any injuries.

Daniela is so absurdly good at what she does and she has a very warm and encouraging personality. I's been a real pleasure to train with Daniela! I wish i lived in Miami just to continue our sessions!

I trained with Daniela for several years when she resided in the British Virgin Islands. Throughout that time our sessions ranged from two to five days a week. Having that familiarity, she knew when to push me and when I had hit my max/peak. While some mornings were harder than others, I always felt better on the days I trained. And it wasn’t just about the physical state, but also the emotional and mental as our sessions were like a therapy at times. Given my years of training with her, we got to know each other personally and she was able to recognize when I was stressed, not getting enough rest, etc. She would let me vent during recovery times and it was nice to have another friendly ear; however, that’s not to say she let me slack off. I miss training with her and if I am ever in Miami I hope I would be able to schedule a session with her. More...

I was not a lover of exercising. However, Daniela changed that. Our Ladies Session one day a week were serious workouts. After several weeks I could see the results. My body was toning up, I was looking & feeling in shape. I was thrilled and this encouraged me to use the gym between the weekly training sessions. I trained with Daniela for over two years in the British Virgin Islands in Squash and personal training in the gym. She was a fantastic coach and mentor. Always had a new workout, new routines and constantly pushes you to achieve more and be the best you can be. She was a fantastic coach and trainer. Friendly, approachable, relatable and a fountain of knowledge when it comes to fitness.

Squash: She improved my game tremendously. We did a lot of drills at a faster speed, game pace. She also improved my court movement and speed. Very motivating and i looked forward to our classes every week.

Gym: I dont think i ever did the same routine twice! It was always different, always challenging but fun. I always felt like i had achieved a great workout at the end and I always enjoyed it.

I highly recommend Daniela if you are looking to improve your squash game, overall fitness or gym routine!!

Fantastic trainer! Love her plyo-style sports and fitness training. She really helped me gain strength, fitness and speed and I saw such a difference in my athletic performance as a result of personal training with her. No 2 sessions were alike so no worrying about boring or predictable training- I was always being challenged. She also saw me all the way through 2 pregnancies training up until the very end which helped me hugely on a quick recovery process. Thank you Daniela! More...

I trained with Daniela for roughly ten years. Not only is she a top notch trainer that puts a lot of effort into designing the sessions. But she also understands the unique requirements of the person she is training. I trained for various sporting events with her as well as routine fitness. And she structured amazing rehabilitation sessions after I ruptured a disc in my neck that built the core and surrounding muscle tissue to reduce the strain on the spine and allowed the disc to heal and prevent a repeat episode. Daniela coached me for several years and I enjoyed every monent. I am not a person who enjoys walking or running on a treadmill so we played squash for the cardio part of the training with Daniela making it difficult but possible for me to hit the ball. She made it fun and the half hour passed very quickly. We then went on to weights where she tailored my programne to suit my age and fitness level.
I highly recommend Daniella.

I asked Daniela to get my abs back after being on vacation and she promised me she would if I will work out with her and make healthy food choices. ..I did and check out there result picture i posted on her timeline. Daniella is a very skilled and knowledgeable PT. She’s easy to work with but doesn’t let you slack. She found out my weaknesses very quickly and adjusted the program to work on those areas. We then moved on to a holistic workout mixing strength and cardio. I can't remember ever doing the same exercise twice because she always mixes it up. While I never knew what new regime she would come up with, I did reach my goals of losing weight, getting strong, and getting fit, thanks to Daniella. I also asked her if she could make me into Arnie in a week, but there are some things even Daniella cannot do. Highly recommended! More...

I trained for years with Daniela and I must say that I've realized how fit I was while training with her now that she is no longer on island with us! I have not been able to reach that level of fitness again. Daniela will push you out of your comfort zones. You will discover muscles you did not think you had. The mix of exercises is very varied as well; it never gets repetitive or dull. I truly miss having her as a coach! More...

Superb! I thoroughly recommend Dani to you as a personal trainer. Dani trained me for over ten years through many different stages - from marathon training and keen tennis player, pre and post a high risk pregnancy and then trying to fit in keeping fit around work and raising young kids. Daniela adapted with skill and active support both in the training session and outside it, ensuring she was always up to date with your fitness and health goals. She is always so positive! Dani also keeps totally up to date with the latest fitness and excercise trends and I don't think I ever did the same workout twice which kept me on my toes and enjoying each new challenge. Daniela is a phenomenal personal trainer. I hemmed and hawed for a long time before committing to a routine and she was instrumental in helping me to set fitness goals and stick to them. She pushed me beyond what I thought were my limits and helped me to develop strength and endurance I didn't know I had. Her customized training sessions are challenging and varied.
