I am from out of state and was absolutely terrified to take my wedding dress to a random shop. You can 100% trust her. My wedding dress is form fitting and has no lace or anything, so you can see every little bit. She hemmed it so perfectly and took in the sides, and my dress fits like glue. Okay where do I even begin. Let me tell you all straight off the bat, you will never find a place that is as good as this. I would give them 5 million stars cause that’s what these ladies deserve.From the moment you walk into the store you are greeted by the ladies and if there is someone else in there at the same time they make sure that you are taken care of in a timely manner.It is super cute, chic, clean, and pristine in the store. There are many bridal gowns and bridesmaids dresses to choose from but you can also bring in your own.From the very first look she knew what I needed done on my dress. I needed to take it in, hem it, bustle it, add padding to the chest, the whole nine yards. She took such good care of me, I felt that I could trust my dress in her hands and I’m so glad I did because she made me look like a goddess in my altered gown. I went from a $300 dress that looked cheap to a timeless elegant dress that is priceless. Not only is she skillful in her work but she is also creative. Just days before my wedding we had to take my sisters bridesmaid dress in because my sister and my maid of honor got the same dress (I was hysterical) and we needed to do something to make it different. The thoughtful and creative process of layering the lace flowers over the dress made it unique, unlike any other. My sister didn’t even like the dress originally when she bought it, but now she loves it due to the creative alteration. This is the best experience I have ever had with customer service and satisfaction. They are kind, considerate, personable, and caring towards their clients. I owe these ladies so much for making my day so magical.Their name shouldn’t be alteration experts, it should be alteration geniuses. This review is long overdue.....but Shayma and her team are the best! I came to Shayma with an embroidered dress I had purchased for my 10th anniversary. I was nervous about getting it altered because it had heavy crystal work around the waist plus an inner corset layer and I knew it needed to be taken in. After two fittings, the dress fit like an absolute glove and I felt like a princess in it. Add in the fact that Shayma is the sweetest lady ever, and her prices are reasonable considering the high quality of work. I am beyond glad that I discovered Dantella. I had a dress custom made by a different dress maker and it came back needing some serious alterations, which the company didn't do in house. They tried to refer me to a tailor that would have cost the amount of a whole new dress just to fine tune the "custom" gown. I found Dantella by its amazing reviews and I have to say, everyone was spot on. Shayma was the epitome of hospitable and professional, but also extremely sweet. Her prices are more than reasonable for the quality work that she does and the type of customer service and attention to detail she offers. She really takes into consideration the time frame your items are needed, but makes sure everything is perfect. Not only did she do an incredible job on my wedding gown, but she altered my step-son's suit, one of our groomsmen's jackets, my husband's suit pants and my rehearsal dress all in just a few weeks before the wedding. I felt bad for asking her to do so much work in so little time, but she was extremely gracious and executed it all flawlessly. I was a few weeks out from my wedding and in a panic because the alteration place where I normally took my formal dresses was backed up with prom dresses. When I was being charged almost the cost of my dress for alterations, I was in search of a tailor who specialized in wedding dresses that was more affordable. I wasn't having the best of luck, until I came across Dantella Bridal. From all the great reviews I had to give them a call. I immediately took a liking to Shayma just from speaking to her over the phone; I felt that I was in good hands already. Shayma is so warm, friendly and sweet. She makes you feel like family. I felt like I was visiting my second home every time I went in. She is also very knowledgeable and experienced in her line of work. She specializes in altering wedding gowns, so if that is what you need, don't look anywhere else! I also felt she gave me her full attention every time I went in. If you can go during the week, I highly recommend if you want that undivided attention from Shayma herself! Shayma helped my mom and I dresses fit wonderful! The length was perfect and she helped give me some cleavage too! The cost definitely depends on how intricate you dress is, so if it has a lot of lace in the train expect to pay more, but it is still very reasonable! The only strange thing though is that the day of the wedding, my dress fit tighter around my waist (it was difficult to zip up) and we had some difficulty with the bustle. My final fitting was only about two weeks before my wedding, so I am not sure what happened. Everything fit perfectly on my final fitting, including the bustle. My friend was looking for her bridesmaid dress-we went a ton of stores at the mall and David's bridal. We decided to give this place a try and we immediately regretted having wasted our time at those other stores. The two women working there were so helpful and friendly. The dresses she tried on were beautiful. We probably spent about 30 minutes from the time we walked in to when the dress was altered and paid for.
