We had a wonderful experience with Daltex. Our situation was not typical. We had several needs, besides the roof, and just figuring out the best order and tact was a challenge. Lance was excellent at listening and thinking it through - not only from his perspective but from ours. He was very in tune with our needs and helped us tackle things in the best, and most cost-efficient, way possible. We really felt like he cared as much as we did, which is a rare find these days. I had some hail damage to my roof for the 2nd time in 8 years. Â The first time I had the roof replaced I was unprepared for the process. Â The original company did an ok job but they didn't sit down with us beforehand to explain everything the way Lance did. I just had my roof replaced and I am very happy with the work they did and the professionalism they showed. Â Dan was extremely helpful and so nice and so were all of the workers. We called Daltex to give us a bid to inspect and evaluate the condition of our roof. Â After their inspection, they suggested we call our insurance company to come out to examine the roof, and Dan made himself available to be there to discuss their observations with the insurance examiner. Â Next thing you know, we were contacted by the insurance company & issued a check for a new roof. Â Daltex completed the work, adhering to our HOA and insurance company specs, worked with us and our tenant to schedule the job and attend to all follow-up questions. Â We live out of town, so it was extremely important to us that we had a company that was dedicated to good communication and a solid work ethic. Dal Tex Contractors recently repaired my home from the incredible hail storm last week. All I can say is THANK YOU for saving me from the 'fly by night' storm chasing companies that have infiltrated our area! ! What you charged me was far less than the estimates I was getting.
