The MOST DELICIOUS cakes ever! Â For my mother's 80th Birthday, Daisy Cakes did a 2 tier cake with the top tier being pineapple and the bottom tier strawberry cake. Â YUMMY! Â The cake was beautiful too!For my sister's 60th Birthday, they did a red velvet cake. Â My sister loves red velvet cakes. Â We all agreed this was the best red velvet cake we had ever had. Â So, we will be getting a red velvet cake for my sister's birthday each year from Daisy Cakes. Â The cakes are very moist and so good. Â I highly recommend Daisy Cakes. I’m a birthday cake junkie. And for my friend’s birthdays, I enjoy doing custom cakes to add a personal touch to the celebration. I have typically chosen Society Bakery for my custom orders. They do good work, but they are horrible communicators and do not often commit unless you place your order well in advance. I’ve been a loyal customer of theirs for about five years, but no more.Daisy Cakes you won me over. I checked Daisy Cakes website after googling cake bakeries since Society turned me down this year. I hate talking on the phone, so I was relieved to see a text your custom order option on Daisy Cakes website. I thought perfect I can send a picture of what i want and so I did. Within ten minutes, the owner text me back saying she would do it for me at a 1/3 of the cost of Society. I was excited I had someone commit to a custom order since the birthday was only four days away. I was even more excited to spend less money than I would have at Society, who by the way one year I showed up at Society after paying for $150 cake in full only to open the box when I got home and it was completely blank, so I was excited to pay less.What made me nervous, would she decorate as well as I had hoped. I gave her a simple crown image and then would it be tasty. Yes, yes, yes, yes, and yes it was. Tasty, reasonable pricing, and decorated top notch as I had requested and ready when promised. And the guy who worked the counter when I went to pick up was friendly and offered to help me load myself and cake to car, but I managed on my own. Daisy cakes, we love you! The cake and cupcakes were amazing (picture says 1000 words). And everything was absolutely adorable! !! Michelle went above and beyond. I had hired a cookie artist my daughters cookie favors. She bailed on me 3 days out!!!! Michelle saved the day and was able to add cookies onto my order. Daisy Cakes designed a surprise grooms cake for my husband for our wedding. Â It was so incredible! Â She executed my idea perfectly and the cake was absolutely delicious. Â My husband seeing the cake was one of the highlights of our wedding! Â Also, when Michelle dropped off the cake at the venue, she worked with me to hide the cake so that it could stay a surprise until it was brought out. Â I would definitely hire Daisy Cakes again! I cannot say enough good things about this place!!!!!!!! First off, I was able to text the owner in the evening on a Friday, and she promptly got back to me first thing the next morning. I live about an hour outside of Dallas and all of the bakeries near within 45 minutes of me all had a 2-3 week lead time and were super EXPENSIVE! I was able to pick up my AWESOME cake the following Wednesday, and it was so PERFECT!!!! On top of it looking so great, it was so DELICIOUS too! I am so happy to have found someone that can make such a quality product without having to order 3 weeks in advance AND be so affordable!!!! I am so impressed with Daisy Cakes, my new go to bakery! The BEST tasting cakes and cupcakes in Dallas and she can make it look like anything you want. What better customer service could there be than that. Â They are truly the most wonderful people. I don't go anywhere else but Daisy Cakes for my special occasions including my three kids, my husband, parents, and friends. When we serve the cake there's always a frenzy about where the cake came from because it's the most delicious anyone has ever tasted - For Real - or they've heard about Daisy Cakes? They did a fantastic job on our wedding cakes!! The bridal and groom's cakes both looked incredible and tasted even better. Michele had sketched it out for me and it came out just as we discussed. The cakes were moist and fillings were perfect and not too sweet. We were able to customize our bridal cake to where we added raspberry jam with Italian cream cake - unconventional but killer combo. They were also generous with the nuts in the Italian cream and everything tasted so fresh. I highly recommend and this will be our go to bakery from now on. What inspired you to start your own business?
Daisy Cakes is named after my mother Daisy who first taught me how to bake...and has been my biggest supporter in every baking venture.
