I had the luxury of having Luis who is one of the Owners when I had my very first CrossFit experience. I was nervous, scared and very uncomfortable but that all went away when he coached me. He instilled confidence in me through his coaching which I never thought I would have! He is humble, helpful, friendly and welcoming! Just like his brother, who is also an owner! I met Luis before Crudo Fitness Club and his gym is a perfect hidden gem! Walking into a class I was nervous about not knowing anyone. The members welcomed me and introduced themselves. Highly recommend this fitness club, especially if you’re near the Bellaire City area! I met Coach Luis about a year ago and he helped me with my form and helped me gain confidence in lifting! He has a great eye for knowing when I should and when I shouldn’t lift more weight — without jeopardizing my form. Great atmosphere and great people!! More...
