I've been using croziers for years sending my mom flowers locally. My mom is very pleased with every delivery. I decided to upgrade to deluxe to see a difference in the quantity of roses. .. that wasn't the case. I should have done the standard size bc this order looks standard size especially compared to previous orders I've done for less $$. I can't believe this cost me $100! But my mom is worth it. I ordered online at 12:45 and they were delivered by 2:15!  The driver even called to let me know that no one answered the door and the flowers would be placed near the door in the shade.  (They were home just slow to answer).A little disappointed that the tulips were fully bloomed so it seems like this bouquet will not last long.  Flowers looked close to the picture but not sure if I'd pay $68 total for this again.This was my first time ordering long distance from a florist...usually I like to go in and do it in person.Overall customer service was good and delivered faster than I thought it would. When the bouquet I ordered over the Internet arrived at my sister's without a couple of the extras shown on the website, Crozier's made good on the deal by sending out a second, smaller arrangement to apologize. Just want to leave a review for this florist I received flowers yesterday from my Mr. who is currently deployed in the middle east. He placed the order and I had the flowers at my desk at work within a few hours I've never seen a florist with such quick service and the quality of flowers is above both of our expectations I sent him a picture of the flowers and the balloons and he said it looks just like the picture on the website that he had ordered. It is hard when family members are deployed and then they try to make the people back home still feel loved and this florist did that yesterday. Thank you for making me smile and thank you for having him not have to worry that his order wasn't taken care of from so very far away you gave him a piece of mind. Excellent customer service, beautiful, full bouquet, quick delivery.  I am so impressed with Croziers Flowers.  I placed an online order for a co-worker' birthday and they didn't have the yellow lilies that were pictured.  I received a phone call telling me of this and the wonderful employee (I am so sorry I did not catch her name) told me they had beautiful sunflowers they could use.  And she apologized for not having the yellow lilies.The flowers were delivered within 3 hours of ordering and the arrangement is beautiful and so FULL.  I will definitely be ordering from Croziers Flowers in the future.
