I've always been in the business of transforming people's stories. From my roots as a freelance screenwriter, when I learned that the film I wrote that was picked up by Lionsgate literally saved two lives. Or from my first business as a Pilates studio owner, when my client's bodies would transform to be able to do things they had previously thought were impossible. Even in my eCommerce start-up, I challenged my own story of possibility when I saw our product featured in Times Square on the billboards, in magazines, and even getting to pitch it to the first round of Shark Tank auditions.

I see success as holistic. Your business is supposed to support your life, not BE your life. Your relationships will impact your business or career, and your body will as well. The common denominator in ALL things in your life is YOU - how YOU think, how YOU feel, and the subconscious workings of your mind impact and ripple into all areas. I saw it in my own life when I first started my business. And what transformed my business was claiming that power as the creator of my life, business, and results...and working with a coach.
