I began my fitness journey with 3B a little more than 2 years ago as a 34 year old morbidly obese woman who couldn't do a single pushup or run to the end of the driveway. I am now more than capable of doing full out pushups (not just girly ones). I also completed my first and second half marathons this year. I couldn't have done it without the support and encouragement of my friends and trainers at 3B/CFGV!3B Fitness/CrossFit Good Vibes is way more than a gym. The members are more like family. I love that we are all "real" people who are extremely supportive of each other add we work towards our individual goals. The trainers are incredible! They can work with you no matter your current fitness level and help you reach your goals. They can also program for any type of former injury. They have programs and classes to meet a variety of interests, goals, and age groups. Currently my husband participates in Brazilian Jujitsu, Kickboxing (both cardio and skill), yoga, and CrossFit. I do CrossFit, yoga, CrossFit Gymnastics and cardio kickboxing. My 5 year old daughter does wrestling and CrossFit Kids. More...
