I recently decided to give crossFit another shot after 1 year hiatus. After 2 weeks and a mix of morning and evening classes, I’m nothing but impressed. All of your coaches did an excellent job making sure ALL members get in a great workout, no matter what the fitness or experience level is in the class itself. Excellent group mobility and warm-ups to start with plus amazing programming with some of the best instruction on technique for some of the more complicated CrossFit lifts I have ever seen. I truly feel like this box is my home box because Craig and Michelle. Overall, crossFit Menawa is an awesome community. Everyone is extremely knowledgable, and helpful. Is there an option for 10 stars? Because if so, that's what I'd leave for Craig and Michelle. CrossFit Menawa is family, no other way to put it. I was living in Phenix City, AL short term, when I found CrossFit Menawa. I was living far away from family but felt right at home with Craig and Michelle. The coaches are beyond phenomenal and are more than willing to correct and instruct individually. The gym itself is absolutely bad ass. It's been two long years since I have attended but still think about the Sweat Lodge every day and miss all the friends and family I found there.
