Best gym ever. The coaches are fantastic they start the workout with a warm up geared towards the workout you are about to perform. They then provide a description of the WOD along with scaling options for us old farts who may not have the movement or the flexibility. During the workout they are walking around giving people tips and making sure we are doing the movements correctly. We then do a cool down that stretches out those muscles we just used. The best part is our box has always been very welcoming and treats everyone like they are part of the family. I have not found the same camaraderie at other boxes I have doropped into. I have also received many accolades for how well my coaches have trained me in the movements by the coaches at the other boxes I have worked out at. I have been a member of this box since 2015 (on and off). After two consecutive pregnancies, I looked forward to making my way back to this gym once again (which speaks volumes about this business). Both members and staff work diligently to make this the best box in Cape Coral. I would (and have) highly recommended this gym to ANYONE that is looking for a change for whatever reason. Maybe you want to try something new or challenge yourself. Some might be searching for likeminded and supportive individuals. It could be that you’re new to the area, new to CrossFit, or just new to exercise in general. Perhaps you’ve been attending a box who doesn’t provide proper instruction or education. I can assure you, no matter the reason, you will find what you are searching for here. CrossFit Cape Coral has members of all ages and backgrounds. You can find kids that come in to work off their extra energy while learning new skills, healthy habits and discipline. You’ll find teens who compete in other sports but want to add an extra edge to their athleticism. You will find college students or young adults who make time each week to stop in and spend a few hours focusing on something other than studying or work. Some of our older adults attend classes to help maintain functional movements or overall health. Other members include new parents who simply need time each week to do something for themselves or even family members who want to share their time while enjoying a similar interest. I have been a member for about 10 months. I was the guy who would walk around the gym for an hour trying to figure out what to do when I happened to hit on the website for CrossFit Cape Coral. I NEVER thought it was remotely possible that I would even step foot inside much less actually do a workout. Crossfit Cape Coral is a great gym and I highly recommend it for anyone. I started here a little less than a year ago as a beginner, knew absolutely nothing about crossfit, and was not in any great shape. But, I did the beginner classes, and learned with the support of the coaches every day. Today I am really proud of the progress I have made, and am so glad I joined this gym. I joined with friends and wasn't sure what to expect, I had heard mostly negative things about crossfit but decided to try. They welcomed me in and made me feel at home right away. The coaches do a great job of motivating and making sure you're safe from injury, they helped me scale many movements because of a prior injury keeping me involved and getting stronger. I visited with my young sons..... One son is getting ready for high school, one going into middle school. I was welcomed in and people were passionate about what they do. They explained the program and why it works, and we were able to observe a class. ( my son was led by a coach thru a workout-Jonathon was a great coach!)
