I stopped by the 4:30pm class as a drop-in from out of town. I have visited many different CrossFit gyms with my travel in work. I will say, the coach did an OUTSTANDING job keeping his PACKED FULL class focused and on track. I know it's difficult to do when the gym is literally back to back with people, but he kept the flow going, and it was apparent all his members respected him and that says a lot. Nice place and nice community atmosphere! I was able to drop in while visiting family and continue my own strength programming. This was a huge help and ensured that I did not get off track leading up to my competition. Great box!!! Was visiting family in Jacksonville, found this box thru a simple Google search. With a Facebook message I was all set to WOD the next day. It's hidden in an industrial park, but my common knowledge knew that a lot of boxes are, because most of them use big overhead doors for ventilating. The WOD was nice and challenging, I was like a limp noodle after. I loved that they give you a free trial for your first WOD, and then it's only $10 a session after. Wish I could have visited the box more, but I will defiantly visit you again next time I'm in town. More...

I joined Crossfit 904 in July 2017 despite everyone around me saying that it was too dangerous. The only injury so far is to the barbells I've been bending! Kidding. Not kidding. Josh and the other coaches at CF 904 are very well-educated and focused on the proper form for injury prevention and maximizing the correct technique to maximize the benefit of each exercise movement. I recently moved to the area and had intended on visiting a bunch of local boxes in hopes of finding a new CrossFit home. My first stop was CrossFit 904 and after my first visit, I knew I didn’t have to look any further . Coach Josh and his members were so friendly and welcoming that I felt like belonged after my first day. I have been at the box for three months now and have grown to love it even more. Josh is by far the best coach I have ever had and he does an outstanding job with making workouts challenging, fun and suitable for every fitness level. His attention to detail and vast knowledge of movement enable him to improve and fine tune both the experienced athlete and those just beginning their CrossFit journey.
