I’ve been a member for 4 years now and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. We have an amazing community with the best coaches in the area. The programming gives you the option to be competitive or to just come in and get a good workout in. I go 6 days a week and it’s always the best hour of my day! We started with Crossfit 413 in July 2016. Coming from a very small gym we were reluctant to give 413 a shot as we knew there were a lot of very good athletes there and we were intimidated. After talking to a Daniel and Emily we decided to try it for a week and see how we liked it. From our very first visit We loved it! The coaches are extremely personable and supportive! Daniel is extremely knowledgeable and is a very good coach. In the one year we have been going we are fitter and feel better than we ever have. Also those "very good" athletes that we thought we're going to be intimidating ended up being some of the first to give us a fist bump at the end of the workout. We have found a great community at 413 and are very thankful we decided to walk through the doors!! More...

When my husband and I moved from Russellville there were multiple boxes in Fort Smith to choose from. After meeting Daniel and Emily and visiting the box a few times we were blown away by the atmosphere at CF413! They were welcoming and all the members were as well. It can be intimidating starting at a new gym or box but they made our transition seamless! It's THE best decision we could've made! We love these people. They are like family!
