I always had trouble sticking with a regular gym because I never really knew what to do. I would join a gym and within a few weeks would just stop going. Crew Core has been completely different. I’ve been with them for a little over a year now and I am pleased at the progress I’ve seen in myself thanks to the guidance I’ve received. The Coaches are dedicated, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about your fitness journey. They will reach out to you if they haven’t seen you in a while, will discuss nutrition with you, and will modify workouts if you have any restrictions or limitations. The workouts are different every week, keeping it interesting and showing you alternatives to get the results you want. I would definitely recommend Crew Core to those who need accountability and want to be part of a fitness community that motivates each other. More...

This gym is very refreshing after many years of lifting weights and getting hurt over and over again. It is great workout to prevent injuries and work neglected muscle groups to greatly improve muscular balanced groups and tone up. Highly recommend!

This is the best gym experience I have ever had! If you are truly ready to make changes, then this is the place for you. Crew Core Fitness is an excellent gym with a very open, friendly, and relaxing atmosphere. They offered me a free 6 week challenge and they were great at helping me meet my goals. The trainers worked with me to improve my diet, coached me through some fun yet challenging classes, and encouraged me to keep pushing through. All of the coaches are warm and friendly and easy to talk to or get advice from. The atmosphere is enjoyable and the members work well together and act as cohorts to keep each other hanging-in-there and pushing through. The accountability of the gym works wonders to keep motivation high—you aren’t lost in sea of members like at the larger scale gyms. I started my Crew Core experience and achieved my goals successfully. I was very nervous when I first started because I'm not a person who likes to eat healthy at all. However, the coaches were very kind and provided me with all the support and advising needed for what to eat and how to make it taste better. I'm very glad I got to be a part of the Crew Core experience, not only because I look better, but also because I learned a healthier way to live and eat. Just finished my 6 week challenge at Crew Core fitness. Yano, Jose and Lauren are awesome personal trainers. They are attentive making sure we are doing the exercises correctly and make adjustments to our own bodies. If you struggle with accountability as I do, this is the place. Walking in the door for my 6 week challenge last June was the hardest thing I had done in a long time. I was obese and miserable. I recognized that I had a hard time walking up a flight of stairs or playing outside with my son, and I had very low self-esteem. I wasn’t sure if or how I would get out of this place. Then I saw an ad on Facebook for Crew Core Fitness. I was scared, but I signed up anyway. Going into the gym that day, I was overwhelmed and worried I that couldn’t do what everyone else was doing there...they were all fit and slim! But I signed up and committed to the six week challenge. I will admit that although I worked out on the allotted days of my program like I was supposed to, I didn’t fully commit to the eating plan. And at the end of the challenge, I hadn’t lost a lot of weight. However, I FELT so much better. I signed up for a membership and committed to do more for myself and to listen to my trainers more.
Over the months, I lost weight, gained strength, toned up, and felt even better than before. But more than that, I had gained more self-esteem, more courage, more determination, and overall, more me. I feel more like myself than I had in years. I am grateful to all 3 trainers for the abundant support they’ve given me to get me where I am today and to push me to where I want to be. They continue to support me, to push me, to encourage me, to challenge me, to hold me accountable, and to guide me to be the very best me I can be. Every workout, every meal plan, every piece of advice, and every encouraging word from my Crew Core trainers and family brings more to my journey and keeps me transforming. Crew Core has changed my life...mentally and physically. Walking in the door was the hardest, or so I thought...but living the way I was living was the hardest. Now I know wherever I end up in my journey, Crew Core will be a part of it.

Absolutely love the team of PT’s at crew core! They are very humble and knowledgeable when it comes to exercise AND dieting! Me and my fiancé both did the 6 week challenge successfully and have adopted a new healthy eating/living lifestyle. They were always available to answer any and all questions and never made us feel uncomfortable. Sometimes being in a gym can feel intimidating but they always made us feel so welcomed and assured us there was no stupid questions! The people who are members here are equally as awesome ! The coaches, Yano, Jose, and Lauren, at Crew Core Fitness are attentive and friendly. They are well educated on fitness and the six week challenge works as long as you stick with it. They incorporate a lot of movement into the workouts so they are not just static weight lifting, which is nice. I signed up for the Fitness Challenge a couple of months ago. I lost 22 pounds and 3.8% body fat! Woo Hoo! The trainers and staff are AMAZING!! They truly want you to succeed in becoming a healthier you. I was extremely sick the last couple of weeks, and I missed the workouts. I am excited to say that I joined the gym this week. The folks at Crew Core have changed my life. I have never been an athlete, and have absolutely hated working out my whole life. (I was the 6 yr old kid they put in the soccer goal because I refused to run). Being a part of Crew Core has changed all that, and I actually look forward to going everyday! Yano and Jose are great at explaining what do to, how to do it and most importantly to me- WHY you do it. They make it fun, and being surrounded by other normal people on your journey makes it so much easier! I nervously began my overall health improvement in January 2018 at Crew Core Fitness. From day 1 at Crew Core, my nerves have been eased because I have been met with warmth and encouragement from each coach every single day that I walk into their gym. With their expertise in exercise and nutrition, I have transformed my body (and mind!) in a very short 2.5 months. The coaches happily answer any questions I have about my health and always provide modifications to my exercise and nutrition when needed. In the past, I never really put much thought into what I ate, and once I graduated school and started working full-time, going to the gym became a struggle. So, I decided to do Crew Core's 6 week challenge, both to learn about nutrition and to push myself to exercise before work. I wasn't unfit beforehand, so many of my friends were dubious about me losing 5% fat in 6 weeks, but I can happily say I completed the challenge AND learned tons about a healthy lifestyle. This gym is for everyone. I met so many great people with vastly different fitness goals, and the trainers created a one-of-a-kind, safe, and energy-packed environment that was perfect for all. When I started this challenge 6 weeks and 18 workouts ago, I just wanted to feel better. I was feeling tired all of the time with brain fog, back and neck pain, and just like crap. I knew I wasn't eating and sleeping my best and needed to strengthen and move my body. I was OK with my weight because I had maintained that well post babies. So, my goal was to lose 5% body fat and to gain muscle and strength.

Well, my final numbers... lost 6.1% body fat, gained 4 lbs. in muscle and lost 2 lbs. of weight overall. I feel great! I'm sleeping better, my mind is sharper, and I'm eating good things to fuel this machine of mine alone!

It wasn't always easy, I was sore, injured at times, and had some scheduling struggles with juggling a full time work load and 2 kiddos. The food plan took thought, preparation, and sacrifice, but once I got in the groove it just became part of my lifestyle.

I encourage all of you to feel better... life is too short to feel like crap. Move it or lose it! Mind over matter, etc.

I SUCCESSEFULLY (HEY-O -7.6% body fat; -11 lbs & gained 2.9 lbs of muscle!!) completed my 6 week challenge two weeks ago and let me tell you…I AM HERE TO STAY! I have finally found, after years of searching, my “Gym Home”!! I have been active and in and out of gyms since I was 15. I am a woman and therefore have struggled with my weight my entire life. Hello yo-yo dieting! I was either completely “ON” or completely “OFF”, there was no in-between. However, while I have done almost every exercise program out there, I have never fully committed myself to the most important part – my NUTRITION! I would eat “better” during these “on” times, but still drank alcohol, ate ice cream at least once a week and did not really know how to feed my body what it needed. This is where Crew Core & their team came to my rescue! The nutrition program they provided me was so detailed but SIMPLE (I mean it’s color coded for goodness sake!) to follow, provided a sample grocery list, recipes and an eating out guide to keep me on track. Then add in their awesome large group classes, small crew (personal training) and ON-SITE massage therapist = there was no way I could not succeed! BUT I was COMMITTED to MYSELF, so with all of the tools Crew Core provided, the accountability I found with my Coaches, other Challengers and in myself – I AM IN THE BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE @ 38 AND I AM NOT FINISHED YET!! #newgoals Crew Core’s mission is clear from the first time you walk into their door – they want everyone to SUCCEED, become healthier, stronger, better versions of themselves!! When I started with Crew Core on March 21st, I had no idea how much I was going to love it. I have tried so many of the fad diets over the last 8 years and never really had success. I have had multiple personal trainers, but none that were committed to me making myself better like the Crew Core trainers, Yano, Jose, and Lauren. I am now down more than 20 pounds and have gained more strength than I have ever had. I have a long way to go but I know I will get there this time! I am excited to book my workouts and genuinely miss them when I can’t make it. The meal plan is easy to follow, and for the first time I don’t feel like I am starving myself! Before starting this journey, I was never conscious about the food I was eating. Working out was always on the back burner, and I would always say, “Okay! I am going to start tomorrow” but never did. I didn’t know where to start, or what to do. Thankfully, I came across Crew Core Fitness and everything changed. Was it challenging to cut out the foods I loved? Yes. Did I feel like I wouldn’t make it to the end? Yes. But with the help of Jose & Yano, I pushed myself and I now enjoy working out and eating healthy. I have never felt better in my life! I no longer have headaches (which I used to have weekly). I am full of energy and actually have a desire to work out.
Crew Core has helped me become a better version of myself. Their workouts are creative, FUN and challenging. If you have been thinking about changing your life but you don’t know where to start, then I recommend that you walk into Crew Core and get started. Their goal is not only fitness and wellness, but adding the education necessary to make your goals realistic and attainable. They are coaches and teachers. My wife and I and stopped by after going to the bank and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We can back a couple months later for their 6 week challenge. Yano conducted a screening process to see where we were in our fitness level. I have never come across a gym that cares as much about the personal well being of their members. During the challenge I got sick and wasn't able to come to the gym for about a week and Jose reached out to me to make sure I had everything I needed to get better. I was at a loss for words! You can be at any level of fitness and they will make sure that you are on a correct plan for YOU. If you are looking for gym family then this is the place to be! Go see Yano, Jose, and Lauren!
