We want to know everything about them, their personal vision, the vision for the company, their corporate culture and what they want to portray themselves to be. Without knowing who our clients are, we are in no position to develop their brands, websites and marketing collateral. This is because every piece must be an extension of the client, speak the right language, portray the same values and make for cohesive part of the company's overall brand.

Nothing, I mean nothing begins until we have done our homework. Our marketing team will research each client's competitors, understand the target market, realize the trends within their industry and finally put together a strategic roadmap for our design team. Our designers will take the information and review competitors closely before developing pieces that truly stand apart and puts our clients ahead of their competitors. This is true for all types of work, from a single logo or a stand-alone website, to an entire branding campaign, advertising campaign, or roll-out of a new product.

We need to know the nature of the business, the products or services that will be offered, the owner's 1-year, 5-year and 10-year plan for the business, as well as fully understand what makes each client unique. We then ask about competitors, target market, price-points for which their services or products will be sold, a definition of the client's ideal client, as well as understanding the client's personal taste.

In 1999, with a love and appreciation for design and marketing, twin brothers Kevin and Ardavan Javid took a trip to New York's famous Madison Avenue. After shadowing design and advertising experts in a famous agency for close to a week, the founders realized just how much goes into great design. They realized that branding and advertising is science... the science of psychology. They realized it was no longer about what they thought looked good, but how their designs made potential customers feel and act. Based on this knowledge, the twins came back to Orange County, California where they started their agency with the same mindset and high standards that makes so many agencies in New York City great.

Unfortunately, in today's world, anyone with a copy of Photoshop or access to Wix believes they can design for success. Unfortunately, nothing could be further from the truth. With 18 years of experience in understanding end-users and potential customers, our tremendous design and marketing experience in retail, business to business, and business to consumer realms, as well as utilizing focus groups, market research and data to substantiate our designs, we know we are among the elite of the industry.
