The lovely lady who assisted me was amazing and so was the other gentleman who helped her wrap my gifts. Crate and Barrel has beautiful stores. I don't know much about the merchandise because I can't afford it mostly. I bought an expensive coffee grinder today which I am very excited about. I have been purchasing furniture from Crate and Barrel for the last 15 years because of their truly amazing customer service. Brent Peddy from the Highland Village location not only helped me pick out a new sectional for my new house while I was shopping at the store, he continued to help me order additional furniture items via e-mail. I sent him no fewer than 15 e-mails asking to add items to my order, and he responded to every one. Additionally, he helped me schedule the delivery of my items on day that worked with our move-in schedule.
