With a very friendly and welcoming staff Cove Deli is by far one of those hidden gems in Norwalk. Always providing food that’ll make your mouth water and with their fresh baked bread, donuts and muffins this is my go to place for my morning breakfast. Keep up the good work guys!

What’s your signature dish?
At Cove Deli and Cafe we pride ourselves in being able to proficiently cover all of the bases regarding different types of foods! We are primarily known for our lunchtime menu and sandwiches, but are not shy to creating delicious dinner meals for large catering orders. In the early AM, we have an excellent breakfast sandwich menu and occasional fresh muffins or cannoli.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We will always ask our clients their preferences, number of people we are serving, type of event, and if there are any special requests/allergies.
What do you love most about your job?
We love the fresh smell of the muffins and bagels early in the AM and delivering the best customer service of course ; )
What inspired you to start your own business?
As a child I was always in the kitchen watching my pops cook. We would always have fun competitions like cook-offs and bake-offs to see who can out do pops. As I started to get older, I had this feeling and ambition that I would eventually work for myself someday. Then it hit me, apply my love for cooking with my ambition for working for myself and Cove Deli and Café was born. It hasn't always been easy, but I love what I do, my Cove Deli family, and the faces I see ever day.

I take pride in the fact that I don't just put ingredients together and make food. I cook with passion and fun and you can taste it in the meal. Additionally, we want to give our customers the best experience we can and never want to leave them disappointed. If you choose Cove Deli, we promise that we will deliver quality and great service.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During the initial outbreak, we made sure to take strict protocol on ensuring our staff was equipped with the correct PPE and following all COVID guidelines that were advised. We switched to a pick-up only model and have since transition back to a dining experience. We still take careful precaution at sanitizing our establishment each and every day.
