Cosmic Cakery made a smash cake and cupcakes for our son's 1st birthday. The theme was "Wild One" and they did an amazing job creating exactly what we envisioned. Buttercream icing that is PERFECT! Cupcakes of all flavors are so delicious and moist! Walked into Cosmic Cakery this Saturday afternoon and Brittany was able to whip us 2 dozen cupcakes with buttercream icing and was able to add red/blue sprinkles for our Jefferson graduate. I was looking for someone to make me a Buzz Lightyear cake for my son's wedding @ a reasonable price. So i called out to several bakery's and I chose Cosmic Cakery because Brittney had such wonderful reviews. How special is a bakery that makes a great tasting cake and custom designs it to your requested specifications . That's what I got from Cosmic Cakery. They went beyond my expectations and created a piece of art the my godchild didn't even want to cut into. It looked exactly like the Japanese character we requested. I could not have asked for a better experience than I had with Cosmic Cakery! I contacted Brittney for my last-minute wedding cake, and with only a month and a half to plan the event, I didn't have time to go to tastings so I rolled the dice. Not only was my wedding cake EXACTLY as I'd pictured, but the taste was beyond any cake--especially wedding cake--that I've ever had. Last December my fiancé and I were on the hunt for a bakery to do our wedding cake. Since we live out  of state, we had to do our wedding planning on our short trips to S. A. We called around to our top 5 bakeries in the area and asked for a quick tasting while we were in town.  Brittany was so sweet at squeezing us in that day and whipping up our tasting in the 20 minutes from calling her to arriving at her bakery. She made our tasting so easy and delicious that we didn't need to look any further. Her cakes were light, fluffy and not sickeningly sweet. The day of our wedding we received so many compliments on the cake tasting fabulous and super moist- not to mention she nailed our "sprinkle" cake look. My only regret is not taking the leftover cake home! We had three different flavors and I wish I had tasted all of them but I was off mingling so I only tried one flavor. We will definitely stop by the bakery next month to pick up some cupcakes! More...

I had my Sons first birthday cake done by Britney, she was so pleasant and even when I modified my order twice she was still so nice and patient with me. I got two dozen cup cakes that all of our guests raved about and then my sons cake was demolish. He loved it! The picture of the smash cake doesn't do it justice because I stupidly smooshed the writing on top while handling the box. Before that though she gave me a totally amazing smash cake with the writing perfect. I liked that she didn't charge me an arm and a leg for a smash cake!! Talked to multiple bakers that I found on yelp before and they were going to charge ungodly amounts for a cake that a tiny baby would smash and eat in seconds! Also she does small 4inch round cakes that I think are the perfect size for a babies first birthday cake. All the other bakers wouldn't go smaller than 6 and that's just too much. Went in to pick up some cake pops for my nephews birthday. I called ahead so I knew what was available and that was very helpful once I got there.  I went with picking up one dozen for $20. They are going to be used as a gift so she bundles them in a small pale for an extra $5. The flavors I selected were birthday cake and cookies. The pops were great. I bought a cake from Cosmic Cakery for my son's first birthday and it came out great! Britney was super nice and very professional. I had sent her a picture of a Blue's Clues cake I had found online and she told me she could do better. She definitely did! Best experience I could have asked for. I was short on time, with high expectations of a Pinterest recreation I was looking to achieve for a bridal shower I was hosting. Within less than a week Brittney prompt response and great customer service delivered exactly what I was looking for. The cake was a huge hit at the party, everyone asking where it came from and it only did it look great it tasted amazing! The top tier was a strawberry champagne flavor, a huge hit!
