Core Physio is nothing short of amazing! Currently I’m recovering from 3 knee surgeries this year alone, I had a torn ACL, torn Meniscus, had artificial cartilage implant, and added a new ligament. I have experienced many different therapists however, Dr. Frank Hatch and Dr. Ken Diehl surpass any of my experiences and are by far the best. They both have different techniques that are beneficial to my recovery process. They spend one and one time and make sure I’m always comfortable and making progress. They never rush to move on to the next patient like most places. I don’t know how many times I’ve stayed over my hour to ride the bike or ice my knee. I’m very optimistic that I’ll be back to normal sooner than expected! I absolutely love this place, and not to mention Emilee (The Office Manager)is amazing! She is so loving, caring and always has a smile on her face! She is always on top of scheduling and billing! I over paid on my deductible and she made me aware and reimbursed me the amount I over paid. Who doesn’t love honesty?! Nothing but positive energy in that place which makes it a great place for healing. More...

I got a clear explanation of my injury as well as helpful self-care information, tips on balance exercises, a demonstration on how to wrap my ankle and peace of mind knowing what is going on !! I came to CorePhysio a few months ago with some tendinitis in my shoulder that was disrupting my sleep and starting to really bother me when mountain biking and skiing and was slowly getting worse. The staff was very professional and the therapist was extremely good and knowledgeable. I came in for 4 sessions and had some exercises in between and within about 3 weeks the pain was almost completely gone. I did a few more weeks of exercises and now the pain is all gone and I just do a few exercises here and there to maintain my form.I felt like I really dodged a bullet by going to see them. If I ever have a nagging pain of some kind, I will definitely be going back. More...

Frank Hatch and Ken Diehl are godsends. They helped my 12-year-old daughter understand and manage a painful condition. The thought of having physical therapy made my daughter feel nervous, but Frank, Ken and office manager Emilee embraced her with compassion, humor and positivity. About Frank, who has a doctorate in physical therapy, my daughter gratefully said: “He’s the chillest doctor I’ve ever met.” Chill factor + deep knowledge base + big heart = FIVE STARS. More...

My 12 year old was injured playing baseball. His PCP referred him to PT. I was looking for someone who worked well with kids and cared about how important sports is to the client. Frank worked diligently to get my son back to his games. He was never left alone to exercise or wasn't handed off to an assistant. He gave him strength training exercises that will continue to help him. After 5 sessions, my son is back at it with absolutely no problems. Frank made it fun for my son to work towards getting healthy and taught him the importance of strength training and I could not be happier. The entire staff makes you feel welcome and most importantly like you matter. Thank you COREPHYSIO More...

I tore my ACL completely and had minor damage to my medial meniscus as well on Jan. 17th, 2019. After reconstruction surgery by Brant Bair (excellent physician), I began seeing Frank Hatch at CorePhysio. I was given the Rx for treatment beginning on the 3 week post-op.Frank and his staff have been exceptional. He works me hard. His bodywork on my knee was super challenging--but well worth enduring. I am very active and fully intend on a total recovery. I am willing to do the work and Frank is an excellent trainer.I am 1/2 through the initial process at 8 weeks out post-op. Full recovery takes 9 months on average. There are many steps along this path and there are no short cuts. Because it is my intention to work for my recovery, there is nobody better than CorePhysio to help guide me through the process.I recommend CorePhysio wholeheartedly and without reservation. More...

“Physical therapists help injured people improve their movement and manage their pain”. Dr. Franck Hatch at CorePhysio approaches such responsibility from an uncommon angle. Not only does he evaluate muscles and bones, but he also investigates the varied neuro-physiologic and -anatomic components that may be involved. Such integrated approach broadens the realm of potential diagnoses to the benefit of his patients. More...

Right before a trip from Seattle to Santa Fe, I pushed an already weak ankle too hard while doing yard work. It subsequently became very tight and painful - in a way that differed from past sprains I had experienced. At that time I was weeks from the start of a two-month backpacking trip on the Pacific Crest Trail, and so this injury was causing me a lot of worry and stress. I was unsure how to start caring for it, and a trip to a family doctor told me little more than that I should use a brace and stay off of my ankle. Then, Frank looked at my injury free of charge at his clinic, and provided me an in-depth analysis of my ankles and feet. He recognized that it hadn't been a sprain but instead a different type of injury, did some deep-tissue work on it, recommended orthotics, and taught me some initial physical therapy exercises. Again, he did all of this for free. Leaving CorePhysio that day, the stiffness had already reduced by a large amount, and with the orthotics and the recommended exercises my ankle dramatically improved in the coming weeks. I was able to hike 1000 miles of the Pacific Crest Trail due to Frank and CorePhysio and the generosity of time and care that they showed me. If you are on the fence about working with this company, I highly recommend you pay them a visit. More...

My teenage daughter completely tore her ACL during sports, we needed to find the right physical therapist for post surgery. I had in the past used a large PT group and was uneasy by constantly changing therapists with almost each visit. We've had a great experience with CorePhysio. There are three therapists in staff of which we have seen two, Frank and Helena. They complement each other very well on approach and personality, creating a well balanced care to the patient. At times both will work on my daughter simultaneously bringing a larger skill set to the table. They have been able to accommodate my daughter's school schedule to provide her with all the necessary appointments, the location is very easy to get to and their office seems perfectly equipped. But most importantly, as my daughter has gone through the painful process of recovery, she is surrounded by a nurturing, familiar and caring environment, which has put her at ease to just focus on her knee. Oh, and I should no forget to mention how much knowledge they are passing on to my daughter, which I know will stay with her and make her into an even stronger athlete. More...

Wow. From my first phone call to CorePhysio, speaking with Eunique started my experience with a thumbs up. When I arrived at my appointment with Dr. Hatch, the office was very comfortable and relaxing and Eunique offered me a cup of tea which I never usually want when I am in an office, but this setting was perfect for a hot cup and a light conversation with Eunique who just radiates health and kindness. Then, it only got better as Dr. Hatch (Frank) zeroed in on my complaints and immediately assisted me in understanding my physical discomforts and limitations. He then worked on some key parts of my underlying stresses and he did not stop until he had found some very key parts to why I am in such distress physically. I felt so supported, educated and cared for at this consultation. I would give this office a 10 star review if I could!!! Thank you. :-) More...

I had trouble with my right hip once when i was around 7 or 8 yrs. old. & then once again in my late twenties. It felt like it went out when i was sitting on a dome-shaped object maybe double my width or more, but i could get up by myaelf( ). Then in my 70's it started happening when i was taking my exercise walks. It would start hurting & feel like it was out. i would shake it out but the pain was slowly lasting longer. I had one consultation with Dr.Frank He asked if anyone in my family had a deformed hip. I grew up with an Aunt who was born very deformed with bad back curves & a very bad right hip. He suggested that it was possible that i had inherited the slight deformation in the hip "cup" holding the ball end of the thigh bone. He gave me an exercise & suggested sleeping on my right side with a pillow between my knees. I went home & started sleeping with the pillow between my legs & doing the exercise. The pain went away almost immediately!! & Now my right hip doesn't bother me on my walks. More...
