I would highly recommend Core Station PT and therapist Taewoon Ha. I started seeing him twice a week for a lateral epicondylytis or "tennis elbow. " He performed ultra-sound and applied theraphy through a type of tens stimulator. He is very thoughtful and knowledgeable; offers at home excercises and reminds you of your appointment the day of, which is helpful! His office is clean and neat and he sees one patient at a time as opposed to several in separate rooms. The office is located in mid-town Manhattan close to public transportation and the metro-north. Great, customized and personal PT. I came in with a bad back issue that had been bothering me for years. Dr. Ha used some very futuristic image analysis to show me the issues with my posture caused by weakness in my core. The resulting treatment program was tough and effective. Dr. Ha may be young but he knows what he is doing and takes his time to fully analyze and treat you.i came in here for neck nerve injuries . i'm much better after seeing for a couple months.He also uses a unique pully system as part of course, which was interesting. Recently had a sports injury (ruptured patellar tendon) and came in for treatment off of a recommendation from my primary physician.
