First class today at Core. It was very easy to sign up online for class which I liked. I arrived early and was confused on sign in when I got there and the front desk wasn’t super helpful but said she would just do it for me. Since it was my first time, I felt a little more explanation necessary- tour of the place, etc, but maybe I was spoiled by Flywheel when I went there. Chris was wonderful in helping me set up my bike, explaining the computer system, etc. I did a 45 min no technology ride and really enjoyed it. More...
