We ordered a copper hood and vent fan for $4,300.00. They sent the hood but we didn't receive the $1,000 fan. We had paperwork showing there was only one box received and there was only the hood inside. The company refused to send the vent fan insisting it was in the box! Why the hell would I want two vent fans! Company doesn't stand by THEIR mistakes! BEWARE!! They will STEAL $1,000 from you in a heartbeat!!!! More...

An excellent product, in our case a mill-finish aluminum range hood. No complaints whatsoever about the hood. Really happy with it.

BUT, the sales staff was only somewhat attentive to specific changes in the design, and did not seem fully engaged. It took way too many exchanges to make some straight-forward adjustments.

And, COPPERSMITH, if you're listening, lose the Zendesk automated reply system! Just one example, I left a voicemail for staff and (immediately) got the following automated reply:

"Your request (4163) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.

To add additional comments, reply to this email."

So, (Coppersmith), if your staff is really on it, why the automated response? Moreover, "Reply to this email" says, if I have anything else to say, I should say it to Zendesk, and implies that maybe the holdup is that I haven't replied to this email? I'm sure this system is an ongoing expense to your business, but if staff uses it as a crutch to take longer to review & respond to customer issues (and, in some cases, that took days), then it is not working for you. Instead, it says "You're not important enough for a real reply, so take a number and we'll get around to you." Fixable.

Excellent customer service. Ordered a hood and liner from them (in stock) and they shipped on the exact date we asked. They called to check on the shipment. The liner was defective and they checked 3-4 times to make sure we were taken care of. Even the customer service from the liner company was excellent.
