Independence- in the telco space, there are few that work for the end customer, rather than the telco

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Keeping up fastidious hygiene practices for a start and adherence to local laws to the letter. We also make sure we check in everywhere to ensure contract tracing is supported if and when necessary.
