UPDATED 1/14/17 - I think it's only fair to update this review. Evan and everyone at Code Rev has bent over backward to to make up for what, it turns out, was an administrative mixup that day, including putting in a new administrator in the OC location.
As upset as I was that day, Code Rev should not be overly penalized for one bad day. I want to emphasize that their programming is wonderful and my son has always been excited to attend this camp and has learned so much. We have not written off Code Rev and will definitely be back.
You just CANCELLED camp on your Orange County kids without notice because you didn't reserve conference rooms. It is UNACCEPTABLE for a child to show up in the morning and be turned away because of your poor business management skills. We've attended your summer camp and the last 2 weeks of your winter camp. My son loves your instructors and has always enjoyed your camps. It's a shame that you've destroyed your business credibility in Orange County due to poor business management. Still waiting for a call back . . . thanks, Evan Boorman.

CodeREV Kids is a wonderful place. Kids explore the world of code with the guidance of professional instructors. They have classes for children as young as 6 and even classes for high school students. This place gives kids the knowledge to create using technology. These creations can be in the form of modifications to existing games using code, creating their own videogames, websites, apps for phones, and programming robots! Honestly, if your child shows any interest in computers and technology whatsoever, this place can develop that interest into a passion that will help them through life. More...

My son enjoyed his time at this well organized camp. The staff are knowledgeable and personable. As a former camp director, I always scrutinize camp safety and security as well as programming and staff. This camp gets my approval!

Our sons enjoyed the Minecraft modding summer camp. They taught Java which is their favorite "language." Young teachers were knowledgeable who managed the small-size class.

I can't say enough good things about CodeREV and their awesome staff. My daughter and many of her friends always look forward to their twice weekly classes there. We especially love the owner, Evan, and Jim Pike, who teaches grades 2-8 math using Minecraft. They've been a bit busy, lately, with summer camps, but nevertheless my daughter is getting the individualized attention she needs as she learns to code.
