I found Coastal Livery completely by accident. Traveling with my kids from Charlotte, I completely forgot to arrange a ride to the South Shore from Logan on a flight that was arriving at 12:30am. So, with only a couple hours before we were supposed to board our flight, I started calling around looking for a car service who could pick us up late that same night and get us to the Scituate. After many unsuccessful phone calls, I finally had success with Coastal.They were able to pick us up at 12:30am and drive us to Scituate. We were exhausted. The driver was so nice. When I turned my phone off airplane mode, I was greeted with a text message from our driver and clear directions as to where to find him and our car.We were so happy with the service, we used them to return to the airport a few days later for a 5am flight. For our 5am flight, our driver was in the driveway before 3am and sent a no-pressure text message just letting me know that he was there and ready whenever we were.Another pleasant ride and very nice driver. I use Coastal whenever I need a ride to or from the airport. The service is very reliable. They keep in touch and watch for your flight in the event anything changes, and not only does the company send you reminders, the driver will also be in contact via text message. They have clean vehicles and some newer models. I have had 4:30am pickups that were out in my driveway 15 minutes early. I highly recommend using this service. More...

I have used this company for many years. They are completely dependable! You never have to worry at all if your ride is going to show up or not. They will be there as expected... no Need to worry! They send you emails and texts! You always are able to communicate with your driver. They monitor the flights and know if there is any type of delay. I can not recommend Coastal Livery enough! I wouldn’t use any other company. Last year, when my mom wasn’t doing well, my travel plans changed repeatedly based on her health. Coastal Livery never missed a beat! I was nervous to find the right limo company to go with for our special night in town after our Scituate wedding. I found Coastal Livery online and when I gave them a call they were very easy to deal with. I thought that they may be hesitant to use one of their stretch limos for just two occupants but they were not. Also I felt that they had very competitive pricing compared to other companies in the area. Our driver, Charlie, was great. He was professional and made us feel very special on our wedding night. I made my reservation on their website, and all my correspondence was via email. I never spoke to anyone but the drivers. This worried me because I am a serial planner but I let the process play as it said it would and was not disappointed. I had an early morning flight and the driver was in my driveway 15 mins early. Picked me up in a nice town car w free bottles of water already there. I ended up talking to the driver the entire way but I could easily have had very little talking if I'd wanted it that way. I'm a talker so, I talked. He also took my direction to get to highway from my home in Halifax, which was different from his GPS directions. I got to my flight on time and had already pre-paid and pre-tipped which I made point to tell him to make sure he got that tip.
My flight home got in a few days later at 11pm and the driver was waiting for me (different driver) and even called my cell after I was off the plane just to let me know he was out there. Same service as the ride in, we talked a lot but I could have slept if I’d wanted to. Again he listened to my suggestions on the route and again I made sure to tell him about the tip. Both drivers were personable and good at the driving, which is most important.
I would use Coastal again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone who asked. Professional, personable, efficient, and an easy process.

We used Coastal Livery Transportation to and from Logan  last week. The service could not have been better.The reservation was made with Joel who responded quickly and willingly to questions. Our driver, John was careful,professional,friendly and on time on both ends. We had to be picked up at 3:30 AM and the return pick up was 11:45PM. Not the easiest times.We had a 10 passenger white stretch limo which was in excellent condition. Our young grandchildren were thrilled riding in a limo. The price was very fair.
